The receptionist immediately greeted me, and quickly and efficiently checked me in for my 1:00 appointment. After a 15 minute wait, or so, my name was called, and I went in for my ultrasound. The ultrasound technician was pleasant and got right to the procedure. She was all business, very little small talk, which was fine, since she has a lot to focus on, and the procedure was over sooner than expected. That's it. This location is farther than the Summit Diagnostic in my neighborhood, but I was able to get an appointment sooner at the Park West location. I'll gladly drive to this location if it means getting in sooner than my neighborhood Summit. And, oh, by the way, I saw one Bible in the waiting room, and I'm okay with that.

My doctor has been sending me to this place for years. It has an awful vibe; I hate going. Although…read moreit is a non-denominational facility, the person in charge only allows religious publications in all the waiting rooms, specifically christian. Think multiple bibles (who reads the bible when waiting for an xray?) and religious magazines. If that wasn't bad enough, the clientele there is often in rough shape, near death with cancer etc. So they are clearly sending the message that they think you are going to hell and need to repent before death. Really inappropriate for a non-denominational medical facility. They seem to be confusing their medical obligations with their religious need to proselytize. No needless to say it is a very uncomfortable place if you don't subscribe to the religion they are trying to beat into you. It's a nasty vibe. Not caring at all. Do not recommend.

I only wish I had made the switch a couple of years sooner. As a healthcare professional, I understand the ins and outs of TRT -- including protocols, potential side effects, and associated risks. From my very first appointment, I was impressed. I met Susan and we immediately connected, having both served in the Army and sharing similar experiences. Beyond that connection, it quickly became clear how knowledgeable and thoughtful she is as a provider. Susan took the time to discuss additional concerns I was experiencing and provided a referral to physical therapy. That referral ultimately led to the discovery of a more significant back issue that had been causing my symptoms. That single conversation set in motion the correct diagnosis and treatment plan -- and I'm now expected to make a full recovery. I can't recommend Susan highly enough, and the same goes for her entire staff. Every visit has been professional, welcoming, and efficient. I'm consistently treated with respect and genuine care. If you're considering TRT or need a trusted family provider who delivers knowledgeable, transparent, patient-centered care, I highly recommend Valor Medical.

Susan is using peptides in her clinic., which is cutting edge.. I used the " Wolverine blend"…read more(BPC157/TB500)which has helped with me with my inflammation and took the pain out of my knees and I'm walking much better now. It took about 3 weeks before I noticed a difference but it's worth the wait. Try it , she'll make sure your a candidate and the rest is just start feeling better. I also tried Selank which help s with anxiety without that drugged up feeling. I was able to concentrate and focus a lot less doom scrolling . Semax is suppose to be another peptide that works well with Shelank ,I'm going to give it a little more time before I pass judgment.
