A PVC pipe was broken shortly after the install, resulting in yard damage. I was informed the repair wasn't Green Scene's responsibility, despite the work being done by your team. More recently, in late June 2025, I reported another issue and followed up twice -- only to have your team arrive without notice and complete a repair I believe should fall under warranty for a system approximately 9 months old. Yet, I received a $140 invoice. Additionally, I was billed $220 on July 14th for a job completed May 5, 2025. Unfortunately, we encountered underground obstructions that prevented trenching so that they couldn't complete the work. They didn't charge me despite making adjustments such as repositioning heads, adding a bubbler, and changing heads to improve coverage. I offered to pay for the work they did, but they felt it was only right not to bill me. This shows their professionalism.
