They verified the letter but proceeded to re-run my credit report anyways. That created a hard inquiry, dropping my credit score. In addition to this, the car needed an alignment. I followed their protocol and scheduled to have the car fixed. They gave me an appointment for 2 weeks later. To add to my experience, they kept the car for 2 days. I had to uber to and from work. When I picked up the car from the repair work. They indicated there was nothing with car. They wrote me off and indicated it was the "crown of the road." I have 2 other vehicles and when I drove them, I was not experiencing "no crown of any road." So, I took the car to Firestone and $207 later they indicated an alignment was needed.
