June 9, 2019 Success…read moreStory I arrived with Dr. Matt with a recommendation, I was going with another Chiropractor but I was not improving any more and an acquaintance recommended me to Dr. Matt. I had a fall and had a serious ankle sprain that left me unable to walk for months. When the first day arrives at Body Right Chiropractic I arrive on crutches, without walking well and from my first adjustment, boom! I walked out by myself and did not use the crutches again. The treatment was not easy for me because I had pain and Dr. Matt had to work in those areas of pain but every day I had good changes and great improvement and that made me not fail to continue with my treatment, I saw a very fast progress. Some time ago I had gone with different chiropractors but with none I have progressed as well and as fast as with Dr. Matt. The technique he uses is very good because it makes the parts that are not well fit correctly so that they work properly and one sees a big change in how ones feel physically. My injury was in the right ankle but according to my adjustments I began to notice how the other parts of my body began to accommodate and align correctly. I thank Dr. Matt very much and I highly recommend this place, Body Right Chiropractic. MG

I have to be careful not to be biased as I actually work with chiropractors for a living, helping them help others through community outreach and education. A chiropractic miracle success in my own right over 20 years ago, I am a big believer in this therapy and know the power of what it can do. I also consider the thousands of chiropractors I have known all 4- and 5-star professionals, some 6's too! Going back and forth from New York to Florida frequently, and travelling all points in between, I seldom can settle down with any one doc. All my reviews are on restaurants and I never rate chiros, not as a rule, but just as a time constraint. But I felt compelled to write something about Body Right and Dr Matthew Erickson who practices in downtown Clearwater, FL. I actually do attend his clinic when I am down here but don't frequently as I am in typically good shape health-wise. This particular trip I needed some help with a particular issue and the experience made me realize it was worth writing a review, one which was perhaps long overdue. While all chiropractors get great results in my experience, Dr Erickson has added some things into the mix that I perceive as perks and benefits that make his clinic unique and an experience worth talking about - even yelping lol. What impressed me the most about his clinic is the personalized attention he gives when I come there and the thoroughness and attention to detail with which he conducts each visit. Before every treatment there is a brief consultation of how you are doing, not in casual conversation, but in a more detailed sort of way asking exactly what ailments, sensations or any other non-optimum activity which may have occurred since last treatment and he takes copious notes. This gives him a case file on his patient that enables him to have a more fine-tuned picture of the patient he is treating and, I believe, allows him to hone in with laser-precise care and treatment that is spot-on to the exact needs of the specific body he is working on. While, from what I have observed over 20 years, any chiropractor can make a body right, the result always seems proportionate to an ability to trace symptoms diagnostically to a source or cause which is always physical. But the amount of "rightness" of the body seems directly proportionate to the amount of observation, communication and hands-on diagnosis which is done with the patient. Never in my experience have I seen a more detailed accumulation of patient data or precise tracing of patient progress. Result? Treatments that achieve results faster and more efficiently through knowing up-to-the-minute what is going on and acting accordingly. I would recommend Dr Erickson to anyone looking for answers to what ails them and to those who insist on attention to detail in treatment. Dr Matt if your guy!

I've been having more back trouble lately; it's actually been an issue since 1996 when I was hurt…read moreand flat in my back for two weeks. Since I really don't need that problem nor the accompanying pain, I turned a corner and decided to take a leap here. The Queen Bee already uses this place to get regular adjustments and help relieve chronic pain. I told her that if she were going to go, I'd give it a shot also, much to her shock and my own chagrin. Soon we went at 10am or so, and of course I being a "new patient," had to fill out a ton of forms, etc. After sheafing through a good two dozen pages of questions, medical history, injury history, fine print, sign here and initial there, I was raring to go. Before long I was seen by the clinical director himself, a Dr. Sam Scott. A rarified character indeed, it's easy to figure he believes in chiropractic and is passionate about it and living a clean lifestyle. We went through my array of symptoms, etc and he performed a general exam of spine, back and surrounding musculoskeletal regions. I was honestly somewhat impressed by how this fella went through the whole thing...he also provided a few "soft" adjustments to see how my body reacted to manipulation, etc. Then came the real bone-cracking stuff...again, I was taken aback by how much it improved my condition. Beyond all that whatnot, Dr. Scott is very warm, empathic, gentle, kind and knowledgeable. He is one of three or four doctors there; my dear Queen Bee likes him the best out of the lot. The office is just a small lobby and a back room full of several chiropractic tables all lined up in a row. No real privacy to speak of, then, and no appointments either, UNLESS you're a new patient. Beyond that, it's first come, first served. They give you a key card with which to scan in after your first visit; scan in and wait for the next doctor. You can request a specific one, but it may take longer as they simply go in order as one might find at the local barbershop. There are a couple of different plans to choose from, as many people of course seek this kind of treatment regularly. $79/mo. basically gets you four visits a month for as long as you keep going; first month gets you three additional visits free. That basically gets you to go 3 times the first week to get physically accustomed to chiropractic. Then the rest sort of falls into place, although these folks are very happy to answer questions Last caveat to know is that they DO NOT TAKE ANY insurance. If you have the best medical plan on the face of the earth and all the seven seas...$79/month! Then after/if you don't need the weekly sessions, they have a $19/mo. version with a $15/visit charge. Quite honestly I'm hoping this is really worth the expense. I know it's helped the Queen Bee; let's see what it does for me...oh, my!

Totally dishonest told me it would be $89 for four visits in one month after they did the first…read moreadjustment then told me I had to buy 3 months worth serious beat and switch !! Tried to talk to the owner and he was a total jerk !! Do not use cheaper to find a mom and pop locally
