I've been seeing Dr. Jonathan Seezox for almost 2 years, and I have to say...he is simply the best, best, best. They offer chiropractic, acupuncture, and therapeutic exercise. He is very friendly, the office is immaculate, well decorated, comfortable and open. He is very good at explaining what is going on, low pressure and is just overall a great guy. He puts you in heating packs on a massage table with electrical stim before treatment, and for me...its an instant nap and portal to muscle relaxation. Bravo! Parking is actually OK around the office (meters). There is a spot right outside that is a loading zone for 30 minutes. Easy walk the south or west loop areas. I used to go on my lunch hour. GREAT hours, flexibility and he's brought on another chiropractor to be in the office when he is at his other location in Algonquin...the other doc is also great. Also, his dog Lui, a big sweetie of a Boxer greets you in the front window. Bonus :) (He's on a leash though, so no worries if you don't want to talk to Lui, he doesn't mind). I've been to a chiropractor before, but all they ever did was a quick adjustment and you're out the door in 2 minutes. Not at this place and not with Dr. Dana Riederer! He is amazing!!! It's much more of a physical therapy and massage/movement session that lasts for 30 minutes and not only feels incredible but gives you fantastic benefits for days after. Dr. Riederer also specializes in Dry Needling. The dry needling produces incredible results...He gets into those trigger points and works out those deep seated knots. Beyond being a super nice guy, he's got a ton of knowledge and skills. Can't recommend enough!! read more

Let me start over. I had back issues a while ago which we're re-aggravated by a car accident. I was in bad shape. You could tell I was in pain just by looking at me. I was feeling low and wondering how long I would have to endure this pain...again. It was not that long thanks to Jonathan at Performance Chiropractic Center. After a thorough evaluation, it was off to the massage table for some electrical stimulation and heating packs. I am a huge fan of stim and the heat packs practically put me to sleep. Next up, acupuncture! I was a little nervous having never done it before but now I am a believer. I really think it was the difference in the dramatic healing time. After some slight adjustments, I was out the door. I was seeing Jon twice a week and now I am pretty much seeing him as needed. I am so thrilled with the service and care I've received. I am also happy that I have found my new go-to chiropractor having only lived in the city for less than three months. The office is quite inviting as well. I made the mistake of prepaying for adjustments. The first session went OK. I showed up 10 minutes early to fill out some paper-work but the front door was locked and the lights were off. I sat in the hallway until the doctor arrived. I will admit that the evaluation was comprehensive. Unfortunately, he didn't share any of the findings with me or give me any corrective exercises so it wasn't a great use of my time. The first session was the last week in October. It has now been 6 weeks and after over a dozen unreturned phone calls, I have still not had a 2nd appointment. I suspect there's a scam in progress here which would explain why they have 3 offices and not a single receptionist to answer any of the phones! I urge you not to prepay for any services as you will be throwing your money away! read more

Since my knee surgery, I have tried everything to fix the last remnants of a stubborn knee. Because of my "imbalances" created from surgery, I went to see a chiropractor. Frustrated by my lack of success with prior doctors, Jonathan Seezox instantly put me at ease. He will actually listen to your issues and try to come up with viable solutions. In addition to his professionalism, you get the added bonus of a great atmosphere. Interesting art, good music, (sometimes a cute dog), and informative conversation make even the first time visitor feel relaxed and comfortable as Jonathan manipulates your body and releases tension. Instantly, I felt taller, more aligned. I could breathe easier. As an added bonus, I got to sit in a massage chair and have acupuncture done on my knee (something I've never done but will definitely do again!). He also checked my gait analysis so I could get Orthotics. He stretched, massaged and adjusted. I didn't feel rushed. His years of experience definitely came through as he proved his knowledge about every facet of the human body and how important your spine is. There's not much to say that hasn't already been said, so I'll just.... SAY IT AGAIN. Sadly, by the time I was 24 I had seen 3 different chiropractors. Each time, they helped, but I didn't realize what I was missing until I came to see Jonathan Seezox at Performance Chiropractic! He doesn't adjust me with a drop table like my other chiropractors have - he uses his hands/body. It's amazing what a difference I feel after those kinds of adjustments. As other reviewers have said, we typically start with the electric stim on whatever problem area I'd like to focus. This has spanned from neck to shoulders to lower back to knees! Dr. Jonathan has also given me strengthening/stretching exercises as well massage therapy around my bad knee. Making an appointment simply requires a quick email and he gets me on the books! The location is convenient enough that I can walk over on lunch or after work. As another reviewer has mentioned, he is also extremely well networked and because of him, I have found a gym I am obsessed with as well as an excellent physical therapist for my bad knees. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I have had consultations with chiropractors several times, but it never felt like a good fit. Within five minutes of meeting Jonathan Seezox, I knew I was in good hands. He's friendly, knowledgeable yet down to earth, and speaks in terms you actually understand. The office environment is relaxing, and there's always something enticing playing through the speakers. Wait until you meet Eli; he is the best office manager around. I had surgery in September 2015 to correct a Chiari Malformation in my brain... I have a 6" incision that's still healing down the back of my head, and subsequent pain and tightness in my neck. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and upper back, have chronic migraines, and have several issues due to years of cheerleading. Anyway, in just five weeks of biweekly visits, I've noticed a HUGE improvement in my energy, pain level, and mobility in my neck. I'm sleeping much better. I've even been able to cut the dosage of my chronic pain medication by a third! I look forward to my appointments and am always eager to go see him and be 'put back together' (insert Humpty Dumpty reference). Oh, and the massage chair... that thing is Heaven on Earth. It's the best 15 minutes of my day. I warn you, you'll be on Amazon before you leave trying to figure out how a $4000 massage chair will fit into your budget. GO. RUN. Dr. Scott Jensen is very professional. He treats every patient as if they are family. I felt very comfortable in his office. They fit me right into the schedule and didn't try to set me up with unnecessary reoccurring visits. He is also very reasonably priced. I am a marathoner. I go to him to get RESULTS! I go to him to get adjusted and my knees taped before and after my marathons. It really makes a world of difference being able to run a marathon with minimal hip, knee, and foot aches. I absolutely LOVE visiting Dr. Jonathan Seezox every week! I started visiting because I was in a major car accident a couple of months ago and have always had back issues and so a coworker referred me to Dr. Seezox. He is becoming my favorite person everrrr :) I've always been into natural healing and this is the perfect atmosphere for those into that as well. Dr. Seezox is extremely nice and welcoming and always makes the experience so comfortable. The office is also super chill & I love the vibe, along with the artwork and music! I truly believe that consistently going to Dr. Seezox has improved my posture, the pain I've been experiencing, as well as my state of mind when it comes to focus and stress. He is really knowledgeable and I learn something new about the body and mind and how the spine really is the most important thing to have in tact. Dr. Seezox always talks me through what he's doing and explains why he's doing it, which is comforting. He also has great conversation and makes the entire experience great from start to finish. I've been seeing Dr. Jonathan Seezox at Performance Chiropractic Center for six years now, and he's done wonders for my spinal health, running injuries and general wellness. What I love most about Performance Chiropractic Center is that it doesn't have the clinical and sterile feel of other rehab and chiropractic offices. So it's more like a visit to the spa than anything. Jonathan is also one of the nicest persons I have ever met. He explains everything to me before he gets started on any adjustments, making sure I'm comfortable the entire time. He's also gone through several exercises with me to do at home to help me get stronger and prevent future injuries. Post adjustment, I always like to sit on his super futuristic Matrix style massage chair. Where can I get one of these for home?? It is fantastic. They are open late during the week (7pm), so I can always run over after work. Dr. Jonathan is also very accommodating when I am running late (which is often) and is good about rescheduling. He also is very well networked and is good about recommending gyms, massage therapists, etc. Every time I walk out of his office, I feel 100x better than I did walking in. I've seen Dr. Jonathan Seezox regularly for about a year. I first saw him when I was trying to conceive, and he recommended his acupuncture services for fertility and relaxation. I also got adjusted by him to correct general alignment issues. I can't say enough good things about what regular chiropractic care has done for my health. My body feels stronger and more balanced. Jonathan truly cares about the whole person and has given me exercises and stretches to do at home that have been truly beneficial. I've been coming here for about a year and it's GREAT! A previous chiropractor was like an assembly line of back-cracking, but Jonathan Seezox always listens to me and gives me customized treatment. I experience upper-back and neck pain, but haven't really had to deal with that since I started visiting him. I've been seeing Dr. Jonathan Seezox at the West Loop for a couple years and I can honestly say he is a life-saver! He is incredibly knowledgeable and one of the nicest people I have met. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. I had a recurring back problems, and before I started going to him it would take months before I felt like I was back to normal. Now, when I have issues, I often times can get into the office within the same day and my recovery time has been cut in more than half. He is great to go to when you are acute and also for regular adjustments. He also works hard to accommodate your schedule. I have friends who go to Dr. Dana and they all swear by him, as well! I have seen Dr. Dana for a couple of different issues (chronic hip and acute issues related to running training). He is great at identifying the problem and then treating as efficiently as possible (with massage/manipulation and physical therapy exercises, not necessarily chiropractically). I have ben going to see Jonathan for a few years now. Jonathan is by far the best Chiropractic Doctor out there. I have had several back issues and terrible pain in my lower back last fall. After physical therapy, my therapist said it was up to me to return for the Chiro visits. I did just that and consistently go to see him. He knows what he is doing, is a very nice and polite individual who gives you ideas on how to take care of your back... Now if I would consistently listen to him and do the exercises at home I would be in much better condition but that is my fault. Jonathan gives you as much information on how to sit right, walk appropriately and all that other good stuff to keep your posture on track when your going about every day life. The adjustments are so wonderful, again he really knows how to fix a back, knowledgeable and well versed in his field of expertise. He is the best out there. I met Dr. Jonathan Seezox about a year and a half ago. My husband and I have been seeing him ever since. When I first went in to see him I was in terrible pain from daily migraines and back pain. I had already visited a general practitioner, a neurologist, and an ENT. I had taken many days off work. I was prescribed medication upon medication. None of them were effective. I was tired of taking pills. By the time I saw Dr. Jonathan, I was nervous and desperate, but also not entirely convinced that he could help me. I had never seen a chiropractor before. I walked into his office and the calming peaceful atmosphere immediately made me more comfortable. No fluorescent lights and cold sterile walls like one normally sees in a chiropractic or doctor's office. What a difference this makes. Jonathan asked great questions, was an attentive listener, he was kind, funny, and perhaps most important a highly effective chiropractor. After a few visits my headaches and back pain vanished. Shortly thereafter, I demanded that my husband visit Jonathan to help with his old football injuries. Likewise, my husband found great relief from Jonathan's treatment for my husband's back, foot, ankle and shoulder pain that he has suffered from for years. Many of his injuries stemmed from prior surgeries as well. My husband goes more than I do now! In short, to everyone that asks, I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan. Three years ago a minor, but painful, injury brought me to Dr. Jon. Immediately after the first treatment I felt significant relief. After a few sessions it was as if the injury never happened. Since then I have continued to see Dr. Jon every month for regular adjustments and acupuncture treatments - I consider it something "good" I can do for myself (and my insurance covers it). With his help I've been able to correct the behaviors that led to my injury in the first place. He's taught me core strength training, relaxation techniques and how to take a more holistic approach to my own health. Dr's. John and Mike are extremely professional and knowledgeable, yet very approachable. The offices are lovely (spa-like someone mentioned - not clinical at all), parking is good and they're open late and on Saturdays. Best of all they take several insurance plans and will help you navigate your way though HMO/PPO hell. There are a lot of good (and bad) chiropractors in Chicago - I've been to a few and even worked for one, and I will always go to Performance and Dr. Jon. I've never felt better. My husband and I have been going to Performance Chiropractic Center for about 2 years now. We go once a week as kind of a wellness thing. I have a chronic tightness in my shoulders and neck. My husband plays rugby and constantly needs adjustments. I look forward to going to see Mike (one of the chiropractors) once a week, because my neck always feels so much looser after I leave. He is very accomodating to where your pain is. He has helped me fix a tightness in my hip that was there for 6 months before I had him help me. It felt 100% after just 3 weeks! I've had lower back pain that he has assisted in fixing as well. Overall, Mike and Johnathan (the other chiropractor) are very friendly, the office is very clean and always smells good and I would highly recommend this chiropractic office to anyone! P.S.
