Often, there is a wait, but it has a large waiting area. Prices are average for oil changes and other minor things I have done over the years. The location is convenient. The last time I went in was for an oil change and tire rotation. They also aired the tires or said so. I paid the bill and got out to my car to see my tire on the driver's side flat. It was packed inside, and I didn't want to mess around any longer, so I aired it myself. My checklist showed that everything worked, which was amazing since my Windshield fluid container has been broken for some time. I will continue to go there until I can get moved from this horrid area. I don't see much promise from any place around here, and this is one of the better places.

Some time ago I had Missouri Tire change all four tires on my truck. Today, i attempted to change…read moreall four tires ago with tires already mounted on wheels. What I found was that Missouri tire used a heavy duty impact driver to put the new ones on. By doing so, I found one lug BOLT with the nut completely gone. Another wheel had one lug nut missing. Several of the others lug buts were driven on so hard that a 3 foot breaker bar was used break them loose but, one was driven in so hard that the socket broke trying to get it loose. I took the truck back up and asked if Marty would use his high powered impact to loosen the nuts and he said no. 2 minutes was all I asked and he said no. Then cussed me out and name calling and told me to leave. I guess since he knew he risked my life and the lives of my family he was done. SO, be very careful going there for tire work, you may be risking your life.

On my way from IL to CA, I stopped at the local Casey's with a completely shredded tire on my 5th…read morewheel. Googled tire repair and Midwest tire popped up. It was around 5:00 PM but they answered the phone. I explained where I was And what happened. He checked to see if he had the correct tire in stock and he did. Said I needed someone to come take the tire off, return to the tire shop, put the new tire on my rim, and then return to get it back on the 5th wheel. Manager said that would be $30 extra--very reasonable. He asked how I would pay. I answered check, cc, or cash. About this time a huge tstorm started raining buckets of rain but a few minutes later the tech pulled up next to me. I told the tech I wasn't in that big of a hurry if he wanted to wait until the storm let up some. He said not to worry, he'd get it. Within 30 minutes, he was back with the new tire and had it on and requested a check for payment. Yes they took an out of state check without even looking at my ID. I gave the guy an extra $20 and was on my way in less than an hour from when I first arrived. Keep in mind it was raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock the entire time. Fantastic service and very reasonable cost. Thank you Midwest Tire!
