The bad The service advisors aren't very knowledgeable and they try and price gauge you like crazy, i understand trying to run a business and having to deal with cost but being greedy is not the answer not in this economy. I.E i called for a quote on a transmission oil change on my truck they told me it was gonna be 900+! Outrageous when my ford dealer was gonna charge half and then the local mechanic 300! Also the lying on parts used is crazy. Service advisor said " it takes two filters on the transmission and you need to drop the valve body" when you google search ford 10r80 transmission oil change and tell me if it has 2 filters with one behind the valve body I will gladly eat my own words and pay the 900+ if I'm wrong! Take aways great place to fix complicated things for sometimes cheaper than the dealer please be very weary and google what your problem is and don't always believe what the advisors have to say!!

It ceased opening and closing automatically and would not latch in the closed position. She tried taking it back to the selling company and other Subaru dealers to help resolve the problem with no success as to the reason or the resolution of the issue. Seyfer whom we have used for now on to 45+ years for our vehicles figured out the issue, ordered the parts and resolved the issue the following day. Finally gets back to me only to let me know it was going to be over $2K to fix problem!!! Told him wasn't interested. He then tells give him a couple hours to put vehicle back together?!!! I tell him put what back together!!! Never discussed anything with him at all!! He charged over $200 for a diagnostic which was never disclosed!! They do not keep contact or follow up with status of vehicle. I have phone recordings of how they speak to customers. Communication is key and they lack that. At no point was there clear communication, accurate expectation-setting, or accountability for these excessive delays. Appointments appear to be meaningless, wait times grossly misrepresented, and customers' schedules treated as expendable. To make matters worse, I spent over $2,000 during this process and left feeling less like a valued customer and more like someone who had been taken advantage of. This is not the outcome one expects after investing both significant time and money. I would never recommend Lee Swab Tire Company to a family member or friend. The people are also very nice. I've dropped by here to have a flat plugged at least 2, maybe 3 times. In each case, the service was done immediately. Try doing that at any other gas station that might have more access and you'll understand why this is a good gas station. They've also started carrying some very good hot/cold food items so now, you'll actually want to go inside to say hi (instead of just dropping by, using the credit card reader to buy gas, then getting back on the road.

This is now the second time in which I had a sudden problem with my truck and Jarvis came to the…read morerescue. My truck engine would not shut off after key removal and subsequently drained my battery. No check engine light was on so didn't know what to do. In the past this would have involved me jumping the engine and hoping that a dealership or shop could help. However, I cannot tell you how blessed I feel to have come across this company and specifically the person doing the work, Sam. A rare person that is truly unique in doing the right thing for people. This was another time using Jarvis enterprises for my truck and my experience was just as good if not better than my first. I didn't have to do anything other than call. He showed up same day at my house. Evaluated the issue and able to determine a faulty sensor. The next day he had the sensor in which he personally got for me and installed quick and easy. Truck has been running great and no issues since the change. So grateful, thank you!
