I've never had anything but exceptional service from this place. Highest recommendation. Jeff and ACA Automotive are the best.

I reached out to Refined Auto with the same request, and it was a more reasonable price, especially since I had no idea if I needed to do anything to my rotors. My dad was present while Cesar worked on my car, and my dad gave me such a glowing review of how Cesar worked. My dad has not been able to stop talking about how Cesar did an amazing job on my car, how clean he works, how he keeps his tools, and his communication. My dad was so impressed with the quality of work Cesar provided on my car that he decided to get a quote for replacing his rotors. When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I will absolutely use his service again and recommend him to friends and family.

I want to another shop and they told me there might be an issue with wire and that I'd have to drop off my car for at least 2 days to inspect as my headlight is a complex model and has a lot of wires and it would take them a while to figure out which wire is the problem. Then I went to Alex's Auto Repair. They found the issue the same day I drop off the car and also fixed the issue with fractions of costs that any other shop quoted. The issue was simple, which was the burnt fuse. Martin and Josh are great. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who has auto-related issues.

Do not recommend especially for those in the cool air rebate program. You're right the price should not be the key reason as to why you got a one star review. Allow me to elaborate my experience. First time calling you were giving attitude towards me for getting another phone call. I had to go ahead and be quick about the info. The day of the appointment you were questioning my name and asking if I am who I am. You spelled my name wrong and made a big fuss for no reason. After that was over I left the car with you and you told me I would get a phone call from you after the diagnostic. Time passed and I got the phone call, you told me what I was wrong and I wanted to see for myself what was wrong by asking again what the issue was. Again the attitude came in and you huff and puff about it. Why am I the customer getting attitude from someone who is supposed to answer the customers question. That is already making me feel uneasy of doing the repair. Back to the call you told me it's a total of 2-2.5k overall and I would only pay 800. I was surprised by the cost and went ahead and investigated. Called different shops and I was told about the price range I mentioned. I walked back to you and you gave attitude towards me for giving you the same energy you did to me. You then said, I don't know why you're giving me attitude it's just who I am." Sorry but that attitude won't get you much trust and the same energy you want. Would like to mention you're dissing on other mechanics repairs for no reason. There's a a reason why people don't go with the first option all the time. Would like to mention as well the mechanic who repaired it gave me a free two year warranty and 24k miles which ever comes first. All in all, one star for you bud Last time I'm going to comment this. Since you're not understanding my one star review. A bad experience before the repair even starts is more than enough reason to take business elsewhere. There was no price haggling or price bullying on the phone. The narrative of it is untrue. I never once quoted a ChatGPT response. I called other mechanics to compare your price point. Many mechanics argue that it was too much and is charging too much. I also appreciate that you're starting to admit the attitude you had towards me was inappropriate. Here's what I will say, elsewhere I only paid 170 after the program assistance and the repair was done with quality parts.
