We worked on a plan and it was up to them to execute the plan. At the last minute I decided to use Sonance in-wall speakers instead of what I had bought, so some tweaking was done in the process. No problem. (By the way the Sonance speakers made all the difference in sound and especially look) ResAv did all the custom wiring. In some cases it was difficult. My crawl space is not small, but not large either. They installed the connections to the receiver. No problem. The result is a clean looking and superb sounding A/V system ready to handle anything I throw at it. Over the three years they have always been there for information, consulting, and on-site when I need for that to happen. Pricing is competitive. In an industry where you usually don't get what you pay for, you can count on that with ResAv. They are honest, hard-working, creative, and VERY knowledgeable people.
