You can see the fish/seafood in the counter and choose which one you want to have grilled. Then viola! you have it. I highly recommend Caprese salad with Burrata mozzarella. Very tasty and reasonably priced. I wanted to have two kinds of pasta and the server said it would be too much so he suggested to have half/half. It was a good suggestion and I enjoyed pasta with clams (more than one with prawns and cream sauce). Good pana cotta as well.

But this one deserves the highest recommendation. Sylt am Bült is an amazing little bistro we have enjoyed for the first time yesterday, and will enjoy many times ahead. They opened in January 2014. The fish was beautifully prepared and cooked perfectly. All the sublime flavours were somehow transported to us via our dishes. Must tastes: Scampi. They are simply outstanding! The guys at "Sylt am Bült" will treat you like a welcomed friend as you visit, and the service is perfect. The wine list is a little bit too German, but we found a nice Spanish Rueda. My expectations for next time: The airing has to be fixed, A undefined pallet of smells, not being fish, passed at times. They are aware, so don't blame them for this inconvenient construction issue, they have just opened. The engineers will find a way. I'm sure.
