Jeff is very punctual and open about what he does to your hair and why. He knows just what your hair needs; most beauticians will do what you ask whether it's healthy for your hair or not. Jeff thinks about his client and tells you what you must do to keep your hair looking great. I have been without a relaxer for about three years now and had been wearing an afro about a year. That was the best thing I could have done to my hair to stop the breakage and thinning. It had gotten really thick and was hard to comb through. I was anxious to try a blowout to see how much my hair had grown. Jeff came to North Carolina and told his family the things he was doing to natural hair in Georgia. We were anxious to see just what these steam treatments would do for your hair. Jeff came down and we had the chance to experience a blowout with moisture/steam treatment. If I would not have seen it for myself I would not have believed it. Everyone of us went in wearing an afro and came out with soft flowing locks full of volume and body. My previous stylist, before Rudolfo, moved and I was left to do my hair myself for about 6 months. I was use to getting my hair done atleast every 5 weeks. I found Rudolfo on YELP last year and I have been coming to him ever since! Rudolfo suggested I use a different relaxer which made a world of difference. He also uses shampoos and conditioners where you can feel the magic working. Rudolfo provides quality, affordable hair maintenance and style...that's why I've changed my salon visits from 5 weeks to every 2 weeks! He is ssooo worth coming to faithfully. When I'm under the hair dryer watching Rudolfo do his other client's hair, they all come out looking amazing! He gives good washes to...big, strong hands..not for the timid. His daughter also does hair there, however I've never seen her doing anyone's hair but her own. She's seems kinda aloof and not very friendly. She did my hair once and it was okay but her attitude was not pleasant at all. Nicole, is another stylist there. Probably the only one with the most clients. She's a good stylist and I've been to her several times. She loves cutting on your hair and that's why I choose not to go back. She also has 3 clients come in at the same time. What's the point of having an appointment if you schedule everyone at the same time. I hate that because my time is very important. I'm always there for 3+ hours for a wash/flat iron. I give this place 3 stars because my hair has been satisfactory...nothing to brag about..customer service lacks. I was a few minutes late but was in and out before 12:10 pm. Everyone was friendly. I was shampooed, conditioned, and wet wrap set before 11 am. Mr. T hooked me up with a nice trim and style. I have short hair cut in a bob. I didn't want anyone too scissor happy in my head. I like to get tge back faded out. The prices aren't outrageous. I was able to pay via credit card.
