I'm sharing this review to help others make an informed decision about Southwestern Home Products…read more The owner personally came to my home, took measurements, and assessed the installation area, including seeing my dog. However, the pet door that was ordered and installed was the wrong size, which required corrections later on. While I was willing to move forward and resolve the issue, the situation resulted in a significantly higher final cost. Additionally, the overall quality of the work did not meet expectations, particularly in the finishing details. I made multiple attempts to address these concerns directly, but a fair resolution was not reached, and the experience became frustrating. In the end, I am left needing to hire someone else to correct the work. Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully reviewing all details and expectations before proceeding with this company
