From the very beginning, Steele was incredibly knowledgeable about the flooring industry. He took the time to show us a wide variety of tile options and explained the different sizes available. We ultimately decided on three tile sizes to be installed in an intricate pattern, and Steele made sure everything went smoothly--he stopped by every day to check progress and answer any questions we had. The installation team was equally impressive. They worked efficiently, cleaned up at the end of each day, and executed the pattern perfectly.
