On October 30th my BMW X3 suffered unexpected water damage which left my wife and I devastated. I brought the car to Perfection Auto Services, and from the second I walked in, Dave took complete ownership of the situation. He didn't just treat it like another ticket -- he treated it like it was his vehicle. Dave walked me through every detail of what happened, what needed to be done, and what he and his team were going to take care of. The level of transparency and professionalism made an extremely stressful situation feel manageable. His Entire team at handled everything perfectly. This has been my best experience ever! As we know experiencing an accident is already a torturous and traumatizing experincing. Then to have to deal with the towing, auto body experience is usually an extreme headache, with time delays etc. I was referred to David of Perfection auto but I was still apprehensive. Yet, I'm so glad that I listened. David is exptremely knowledge, compassionate and understanding during this stressful time. They also picked me up and had a nice rental awaiting prepared for me. Everything all on ONE site/ the premises! My vehicle! OMG - he did such an amazing job fixing it. I kid you not, it looked even better than it did prior to the accident. Jonathan Kaye Perfection Auto was Honest and through they were reffered to me by East hills Jeep Eagle due to the fact that I hit a Steel Ballard that I could not see ! It destroyed both the drivers side Front and rear doors of my 2021 Grand Cherokee ! When I came to Perfection Auto at the end of August 2023 Dave thoughly explained to me what had to be done and said he could rent me a needed car during the repair and he would handle all the insurance. Everything Dave said was true and 3 weeks later my Grand Cherokee was fully repaired and more. When I opened my hood it was like they thoughly cleaned my engine as well ! The office staff as well as the rent a car staff was wonderful and easy to work with and kept me up to date on the repair of my Jeep throughout the repair process! My 2022 Jeep Wrangler was rear ended with almost $20,000 work of damage. I picked it up last week and it looked and drove like the day I got it. The owner of Perfection, David, and his staff couldn't be more wonderful and helpful. From day one they were all such a pleasure to deal with. David kept me up to date throughout the entire 3 1/2 week process. He also owns a rental car business, Utopia Rent-A-Car, and set me up with a great SUV the entire time. His staff made it so easy to process the claim with my insurance company as well. When I was hit I contacted my Jeep dealer and asked them if they could recommend a body shop. I absolutely love everyone at Perfection, especially David. He definitely saved me when I got into an accident and came to meet me when I called him frantically. The service that his employees and himself provided me was outstanding. Just picked up my 09 Porsche. Had a dent removed, 4 rims repaired and a detail. I couldn't be more pleased. The dent was removed without painting, the rims look brand new and the detail makes the car look younger than 15 years. Had been to other shops before I met Dave. Not only would the other shops not give me a ballpark price but they were talking about removing the fender and having to do extensive paint work. Dave explained how they could remove the dent without painting. The price was as stated with no hidden costs. Good job by all! read more

This place does great work and provides stellar customer service. I stopped in a spoke to the owner Dave. Within minutes he set me up with a time and date to service my car (misc engine work and car clean detail). He provided me with a loaner and had the car finished in 24 hours. Prices are great. Love the service and they treat you like family took my car there and my Moms car not only did they do an amazing job abut they also let you know what's going on with the insurance daily and they leave your car like brand new when they are finished. read more

My back light needed to be replaced and my car had scratches. David was able to have the light replaced and the scratched fixed by EOD while cleaning the inside of the car making it look as good as new. Would highly suggest bringing your car there. read more
