I've been a LUV customer on and off for several years and frequently travel up and down I-95,…read morevisiting multiple LUV locations. Unfortunately, this particular location seems to have the oldest and least-maintained equipment. One of the vehicles I used as part of my membership is a pristine 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. During a wash, the top brush bristles actually pulled off a trim piece from my vehicle. Accidents can happen--but instead of taking responsibility, LUV denied my damage claim, stating that my vehicle was "too old." To make matters worse, when I canceled my membership auto renewal, they refused to refund my payment, claiming I was two days late--even though I had been a loyal, long-term customer. Since then, I've learned that LUV sometimes disengages the top drum brushes because of the damage they cause, which only confirms that this is a known issue. LUV needs to repair or replace this equipment and take accountability for customer damages. I'm certain I'm not the only customer who has experienced problems like this. Hopefully, this review encourages LUV to improve their service--or at least warns others to be cautious before trusting their vehicles here.
