It is too bad we cannot rate in the negative. I started at the Bell Road Perfect Teeth because the Olive location failed to be open on a day I had an appointment and I was midway through getting a bridge. They had set my appointment and then closed for a few days without any notice. The Bell road location completed my work. I have good insurance and I paid a whole lot out of pocket. When the work was finally completed I had 6 months to wait for the next year benefits so I could finish some minor work. At this point I thought they were okay. I had a few issues with them charging me for an item that I didn't need. The problem came in that 6 month after my work was done. They billed me for $1112.00 a few months after I had completed my work. I inquired about this and they told me not to worry, my insurance would take care of it. Every month for 4 months I got a new bill for that amount. In November they told me my insurance would probably pay more than the $1112.00 I owed. I thought that would be nice. December 5, 2022 I was told my insurance paid, $1501.50. Great! I asked if that difference would come back to me since I had overpaid my portion. They looked and said, "No, you have an amount due for $188.50." Okay, you don't have to be good at math to see that $1501.50 is MORE than the amount owed. I asked them what my bill was for since I had no other services in those 5 months. They could not tell me but promised they would. Through December through February I got 7 or 8 statements saying I owed that $188.50. Each time I got one I called and was told, "We are working on figuring it out. We don't know yet but will get back to you." It got to a point they would not answer or talk to me. February 22, 2023 I got a letter that I was going to be sent to collections if I did not pay the money I owed. I tried to contact the office and they would not return my messages. I finally called my dental insurance. THEY called the office and was told that they would not send my bill to collections because I was disputing it and they were working on it. A week later they actually called me and inquired when I had a certain tooth pulled. It seems they were billing my insurance for pulling my tooth and they could not find an x-ray showing me having it. It was a tooth I had lost years ago. They said they would get back to me. This week I got a letter from a collections agent stating I owed that amount. That agent tried connecting me to Perfect Teeth Bell Road. Nope, no answer and no call back. The sad thing is, they do not have a corporate office with a working phone. They have an address but no number to call to complain or escalate this. This dental office dropped me from getting finished service at one location and then charged me for an item I didn't need. Now they have billed me for something but they don't know what. I very much would not recommend anyone go to this Dental Agency and not this office. read more

I had an appt today with my favorite Russian dentist, and Serena her asst. Everything went very well! What a great asset these ladies are to your practice. I verified two insurances before I went in, and then imagine my surprise when they didn't take the one we originally went in there with. I was told $79 for cleaning, X-rays, and examine under private pay. When they were examining my teeth, they broke a veneer off. Imagine my surprise when I had to pay for that. They charged my insurance over 700.00, and myself over 85.00. Besides the office team building for not getting long, that I had to hear about when getting my tooth fixed. The veneer is tacky and not smooth. Will be going back to a competent dentist. read more

Besides the fact that they have a very poor billing practice, they over exaggerate the severity of my teeth. I knew my teeth needed work and I haven't taken the greatest care. However, they were extremely aggressive with measurements and the treatment y plan was very extreme. They wanted me to go to a periodontist. He sent me to an Endo. I went and he made recommendations. When I returned to the periodontist they were about to start surgery without ever talking to the Endo. After getting other opinions all dentist and specialist said stay away from them, they are only in the business of taking money. I believe it. Years before I'd have work done and given an estimate and later get bills $300-$600 more than the estimates. They are crooks and don't care about the patients only the revenue! read more

Over a period of year the Bell Road location has continually changed my appointments and has had a LOT of difficulty maintaining a regular hygienist on staff. Over the past two years they have rescheduled me up to 4 times for the same appointment, causing me to be very late on my "6 month" exams. The dentist on staff is good, but the hassle with the incompetence in scheduling is definitely NOT, I repeat NOT worth your valuable time. It is the worst scheduling situation I have ever encountered! read more

I liked the dentist and all the staff at this location everybody was very friendly and did a good job with my teeth. I will not be returning to this establishment due to their billing practices. They approach you about any additional cost you will incur well you are in the chair upside down with a bright light in your face and hands in your mouth and want you to approve all the additional charges at that time. I feel it's almost predatory how they ask you these questions when you're vulnerable and just sitting there wanting the tent is to continue. There should be a way to do this that does not make you feel like you're being taken advantage of. I have canceled my future appointments and will be looking for another dentist there are plenty of them in Scottsdale. read more

Let me start off by saying that Dr. Bishop and the entire staff are very nice and welcoming. So much so that I've been hesitant to write a review until now. Unfortunately, I experienced a number of issues with how my bridge was handled. So I had chipped a tooth that required me to get a bridge put in. I had a co-worker who also had a bridge done, and it was she said it wasn't that difficult, so I was expecting it to be relatively easy. So I go in, the recommend I get a bridge, and then a few weeks later I went to get two of my teeth ground down and my chipped tooth pulled out (though I'm still unsure why this couldn't have been grounded down too). Two weeks or so after that, they took a mold of my mouth to measure for my bridge and sent it to the lab. Then when the bridge came back, they discovered that my gums (which were still swollen from my tooth being pulled when they took the first mold) had healed further from when they took that mold, and as such there was a gap between my bridge and the gums (which does make me wonder if the doctor realized if my gums were swollen when they took the first mold). We kept it in there a month, and it was suggested that we make another bridge, which I agreed to. Then a little over two weeks later, I go in to get that second bridge pulled in, and that one still wasn't done right, so they told me I needed yet ANOTHER one, which frustrated me. Now what they told me is true in the sense that it was the lab that made the bridge and not them, but also who they choose to make your bridges is a reflection on them, especially when they told me "this lab has been messing up for us lately, so we're going to take your bridge to a lab where we've hardly had any issues." If that's the case, then why didn't you have my bridge sent there after the FIRST mess-up? Luckily the third time was finally the charm, in this case. But also on top of this, when they pulled out my tooth they chipped one of the teeth next to it. Then when they were getting my mouth ready for the first mold, they chipped it even more to the point where it turned into a cavity that they noticed during my next appointment. And the cavity was big enough that, when they took the mold for my second bridge, the puddy got stuck in this mold and they had to pry it out of the hole. Also they haven't been that great with billing, either; multiple times they didn't withdraw money from my account on the agreed to dates, and for my last payment they withdrew it five days AFTER they were supposed to, which threw off me being able to balance my money for that pay period. So with all of that being said, it's been an overall frustrating experience for me from beginning to end with this office, one that people I've spoken to (who have had this procedure done before) said they couldn't believe happened to me. read more

They have a Google ad for $34 for xrays, exam and cleaning. This is a total scam, I wouldn't trust this dentist for anything. After they examined my teeth (which was extremely painful, by the way) they told me I had nine cavities (NINE!), I need a tooth pulled, and that I needed "deep cleanings" in two quadrants of my mouth . . whatever that means. All of this totaled to $1,800, and that is only if I sign up for their yearly dental plan. I take very good care of my teeth, so the fact that they tried to tell me I had 9 cavities was shocking. They told me that I could "start" taking care of my teeth and flossing after they did these cleanings, which I would have to be put under for. I should add that they were very condescending during the whole appointment. In the end, they didn't give me the cleaning that I wanted as part of the $34 deal, which is the entire reason I went there in the first place. They said that cleaning was only for people who have had a cleaning every 6 months, it had been a year since my last appointment in another state. I went home feeling depressed that I couldn't afford to pay for all of the work I seemed to need because they told me they do not offer financial plans, the cost must be paid in full. I decided to get a second opinion, so I went to a GOOD dentist, Dr. Greenwood in Scottsdale and guess what? I have NO cavities, I don't need any extra cleanings, and he suggested I do not get my tooth pulled. I ended up paying only $90 for a everything. Literally ALL of the extra work that Perfect Teeth wanted to do was unnecessary. Their $34 deal is clearly a huge scam so they can try to get thousands out of you and put your through unnecessary pain. I had a horrible experience with these guys, I think it's a total joke. read more

Let me open this review by saying I haven't been to the dentist since 2010. I'm not proud of this by any stretch, but I wanted to paint the picture for you. For me going (almost 4 years later) to the dentist today was HUGE for me. Why? I hate going to the dentist as I have a small mouth and it's not comfortable. Plus the sounds scare me. It was embarrassing also to shamefully spill my secret to the hygienist and dentist, but I didn't want to lie... Thank God, my mouth/teeth were in pretty good shape. The dentist was very friendly and didn't rush me either. Only thing that made me shudder? Their exterior needs a facelift. I almost drove by it as it looks like an oil change place... Yikes. read more

For me, it's about the people that support the team of doctors or dentists that we use for health care providers, as well as the doctor's themselves. It's rare to find a group of individuals that truly care and that want to ensure that every visit at the medical office is a positive one. I've found such a group. The ladies at Perfect Teeth reflect true Customer Service. They are friendly, knowledgable and honest. Whomever you talk to, on the phone or in person, is clearly working to make sure your needs are met. That's a reflection of the entire organization. They truly care. I want to thank Christine, Jenny and Megan for always greeting me with a smile and a genuine "How are you?". They know what they're doing and they do it well. The dentist and the oral surgeon, Dr's Sandhu and Iskandar are polite, funny and also work diligently to make sure they are providing excellent dental care. The folks at Perfect Teeth care about me as a patient and as a person. That's important. read more

The staff at this office were friendly and helpful. The facility itself was a little dated and it showed but everyone there made up for that. read more

Perfect teeth on Bell road and 64th street is fantastic !!! I went there for the first time two days ago. My roommate highly suggested this place after he had some dental work done at this facility. The office staff (Holly and Cullen) are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer questions. Especially questions dealing with insurance and payment. I was surprised that payments can be made in increments instead of full payment upon services rendered. Petra, the dental assistant was so patient and caring. She is a lovely lady who loves her job. I was completely floored that I was able to get a cleaning THAT DAY without making another appointment. Candice the dental hygentist did a detailed cleaning. She pointed out areas I need to pay more attention to when brushing. Dr. Sandhu is the dentist who completed the assessment. She is magnificent. Her bedside manner is beyond compare. She went through all the x-rays and the assessment in easy to understand vocabulary. She explained the plan of care in simple terms. I highly recommend Dr. Sandhu and her staff at perfect teeth on Bell and 64th Street. read more

Called about the endodontist listed on my insurance roster, Dr White. He's not at the Scottsdale location, he's in New Mexico. Instead they have Dr Blethen. She's a new graduate of dental school, no reviews anywhere, no listing of her on the Perfect Teeth website, since dental school in 2008, she's been in several practices in WA, CA, several places in AZ. That's the first flag. I arrived 20 min early to fill out the several pages of paperwork. NObody in the office introduced themselves to me when they began asking questions and telling me where to go. Really poor "bedside manner". That's the 2nd flag. Waited 20 min past my appointment time. Not one person said "we're running behind" or "Thanks for your patience". The Endodontist, Dr Blethen was in the lobby chatting with some patients. Not discussing anything related to dentistry, just social chatting. That's the 3rd flag. While waiting, I looked around the waiting room - It was filthy. Dust on all the artwork, dead crickets in the corner near the water cooler. That's the 4th flag. Eventually made it to the treatment "room". It's a stall, visible to every other patient in the office. And there were three others. All of them being treated by this same dentist. It looked like a hair styling salon rather than a dentist office. That was the 5th and final flag. I walked out. Perfect teeth, at least the 64th and Bell location, is highly NOT recommended by me. read more

I have been coming here for dentistry since October 2013 for extensive dental work just completed: initial exams, crown replacement tooth extraction and a tooth implant. Initially I was hesitant about going to a corporate owned dental practice as previously my dentists have been private practices. This office is great. They strive to be the best: very pleasant staff (Cullen the manager, the newer front office person, dental hygienist) . Cullen thoroughly examed the bills to make sure I was paying the right out of pocket expenses. Dr Sandhu the dentist is excellent. The oral surgeon Dr. Iskander and the endodontist are also very competent in their specialties and all have excellent chair-side manners. I will continue to use them as my dentists. Great job with my dental work. read more

So I needed to find a new dentist because my last dentist... misdiagnosed me for Cancer and also called my mother to tell her what he thought of me and basically called her a bad mother. I found this one... now, its close to my house literately I could walk to it and it would take me less then 10 mins by foot. Which I thought was awesome... Look I'm Agoraphobic... Fear of leaving the house. When I know I have to go to the dentist I shoot into a Panic Attack. I took a Xanax and got thru it till I met this Armenian Dentist no offence and not trying to be racist but after my last dentist being the same... red flag! My instincts were right. They took x-rays, and came and told me I need to get all my teeth pulled out and get dentures or implants. Look I get my teeth are bad probably WWII of the mouth. But here's the thing, after my last dentist told me I have Cancer... mind you with out a biopsy. I was sent to a specialist for a biopsy where then dentist his words "IDK what your dentist is on but your teeth are cancer free. I asked about Implants there and he suggested that I did not need them. I was fine. Till I go to this one and basically that was the options, or I could spend $50k getting the teeth I have now fixed. I get it dental work with no insurance is a pain in the ass. But she kept pushing it. Like manipulation at it's very finest. Instead of hearing me out. So we asked to talk to someone else. The manager came in Nice as pie. Like fabulous... in fact if she was my dentist I'd sooo be able to deal. I've never ever went to a dentist in pain and got turned away. Only to come home in pain with no work done. I can't eat on either side considering I have a hole in both sides bottom and top... so YAY for Vicodin. Until Wed. where right across the path is another dentist and I have made an appt. About everything they say to you is a complete lie. Great Service! Same day tooth pain will take care of you! All lies... the fact that they even have the BBB Certificate astounds me... I recommend not even thinking going to this dentist!!! read more

I had an infected tooth and had never been to this dentist before. My prior dentist was not in my network and it was costing me too much money. The office staff was so kind and accommodating and got me an appointment the following morning with the endodontist, Dr. White. While at the office, his reception staff was very kind and helpful. When I went back, the dental assistant was very courteous. Dr. White was very knowledgeable and was very gentle. I go back for treatment on the tooth once the infection has cleared. I am very PTSD from some horrible dental experiences, his staff is aware and promise to make me comfortable for my procedure. Thus far, I highly recommend this office! read more

It was my first visit, and the front office staff was very gracious and welcoming. The gal who did my x-rays was excellent and caring! She knew I was uncomfortable and tried to hurry but was also thorough to ensure she covered all of my teeth and their roots. The girl who came in to do my polishing and flossing needs some training! It may have been that she is new, but she was the weak link in my experience for sure. The dentist came in for less than five minutes, asked me I had any issues, poked at my molars and said everything looked good. Don't know if that's really the case, but I guess less can be more. The cleaning was excellent and the gal was upbeat, professional and very timely. I will ask for a new polisher/flosser next time, but I set my appt for my next visit and feel that I have found my new dental office and provider. read more

Very very good experience! I would recommend this company and location to anyone. The entire staff, from the front office/management to the technicians, hygienist, and dentist are extremely friendly and professional. They seem to remember me I am always greeted in a friendly and personal way. My appointment always starts as scheduled and it is relaxing and comfortable throughout the my visit. I find the pricing very reasonable and easy to understand. If I do have a question, the office staff is very knowledgeable and willing to review it with me. I receive several reminders as my appointment approaches, which is fantastic because of my hectic schedule. Well, I finally got insurance and went to another dentist and don't need a root canal and I don't have 7 cavities and it's optional to pull my wisdom. This perfect teeth location is a shame. Perfect teeth estimated my out of pocket cost for work I needed to be over $350. The quoted my wife to need the exact same service. The treatment they wanted to perform was not going to be covered by our insurance. I ended up going to a good dentist who took care of my teeth with little or no out of pocket cost. The good dentist also explained that the treatment Perfect teeth was trying to perform is a treatment that the drug company pays the hygenist to use. There woud be a direct payment to the hygenist for every tooth they use the treatment on. The good dentist felt it was not needed. The insurance company also knows the hygenist is getting paid to do this and they only cover it under the proper uses. Perfect teeth will cost significantly higher than a normal dentist. They also got my billing wrong for 3 months. they billed the worng company. We called and corrected their error 4 times before they finally got the correct information. My Family and I have been going to Perfect Teeth on Bell for 8 years now. The Dentist is so nice and did an awesome job straightening out a large chip in my front two teeth...that took some trust since it's such a visible area and she made me look great! She even did the two side teeth for free just so it would all match! The front office staff and manager are so friendly and I usually end up chatting with them like a bunch of girlfriends! DO NOT go to the perfect teeth on bell, as this dentist is unethical and scamming you to make money!! I am new to Arizona and decided to try out this dentist since it was closest to my work office. Let me say that I have always had dental insurance, and been covered for routine cleanings (every six months). My total bill for the cleaning and x-Rays (with my delta dental insurance) came to $119! I called my insurance to see what they charged me for and was told they did an "irrigation procedure." On top of that I was told I would need to return to get $900 worth of dental work done on my teeth. When I got a second opinion from my regular dentist in colorado, he told me that there was no reason to have the irrigation and no need for the $900 dental work. Do NOT go here, as they are trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Even for routine check ups, they will overcharge you for unnecessary "procedures." read more
