No one called or anything. When I told him my invoice (that HE sent me) said I had 3 more weeks to pay it, he just said well it's too late, no one is available. This is not how you do business. A follow up call would have been sufficient, but I didn't get that. I inquired to pay 50% prior and was told no, pay in full after. This is not the company to go with if you're having an event. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! I am now left at an event on a sunday with no seating for my guests

I had high hopes. A few of the customer service representatives were really kind and patient. The bad: Everything else. They charged us an extra fee to have the furniture delivered with a specific time ... and then told us they could not narrow down a time. When I questioned how they look, I was told, "aren't you going to put a tablecloth on it? The ugly: They were supposed to pick up furniture Monday. I called Monday morning to get an estimated time. I was told to call back in a few hours. I called back, got a time, and the company was a no-show. I called back Tuesday for an ETA. I was told to call back in a few hours. She was very dismissive and not apologetic. A simple apology would have gone a long way -- In summary, I do not recommend this company. I would rather have my guests stand than to use them again.

Turned off by the fact I could not talk to anyone I went to second name on list. The website showed me pictures of options which was very helpful. The owner Chris answered the phone right away. I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me! Chris confirmed delivery the night before and showed up exactly when promised to set them up. Could not have been more pleased. Glad I went with the little guy!

But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.
