Awful , awful awful..... if you get an elderly man named Morgan don't let him touch anything!…read more My fridge started freezing over, my landlord called this company to repair the fridge. Morgan assest that the fridge needed a new thermostat, ok, he orders the part, 10 days later he comes back and replaces the part. 2 hours later the new replaced part starts leaking which is the top of the fridge so water is dripping down all inside my fridge (about a half a bottle of water every 12 - 15 hours) I call Morgan, tell him about the leak he comes the next day fiddles with the new part and leaves says it's all fixed. A few hours later the leak starts up again the same exact way. Call him again he comes and fiddles with a different part of the new part he ordered. Long story short Morgan has been here to fix the same leak 6 times and on the 6th time he claimed that the fridge isn't leaking and I'm faking the leak and I'm just trying to get a new fridge from my land lord. I gave him countless videos of the fridge leaking even after he said he fixed the leak that he caused. please never use this company and if you get this guy Morgan at your door don't let him touch anything!

We called Time Appliance Repair for a broken dryer door…read more Alex showed up on time, was kind, had great communication, and went straight to work. I really appreciated that he gave me two options. The obvious answer of replacing the entire door. Which not only would've been expensive but had a longer leadtime from the manufacturer. And another option of just replacing a singular part. Which not only was less expensive, but the part could be ordered and replaced faster. He warned me it wasn't a sure thing, but I really appreciated him not just giving me the more expensive option and allowing me the choice. At the time I was also eight months pregnant and really needed my dryer working to get through all of the baby items, Alex saw this and promised to call me the second the part got in and sure enough he did. He was at my house 8 AM the day after the part arrived to fix it. Anytime we have any appliance issue we will definitely be coming Time Appliance Repair.

i am so glad to be (among the?) first to review Time Appliance Repair who were incredible to me and…read morefixed my problem so quickly. I have a washer dryer that gets incredible use from my family of two. I don't want to point fingers, but I don't wash everything I try on once. In fact I don't wash everything I wear once if it's a pair of pants that can get some more wear. I do, however live with someone who puts something in the laundry if it gets tried on (oops, finger pointing) but I came to praise Time Appliance Repair not bemoan certain people who are a diva. ahem. The lint screen in the dryer was popping out of its cradle and when I looked closely, I relaized the cradle, a plastic contraption, had been broken in a corner and was catching any long strings. Since we're an athletetic household, this would include anything with the word sweat attached to it: -pants, shirts, anything with a tie - swimsuits, bathrobes, Australian bush hats... and wreck them, which I discovered when I tried to tie my sweat pants which would have none of it. And when the drawstring departs, so do the pants. I went to Yelp for bids, and Time Appliance replied immediately. Asked for a picture of the problem (which I had, but the app moved quicker than I could attach them), made sure I got them to them and sent a wonderful worker, Alex, out within the hour. They have a well automated system that lets you know with a picture of the service person that they are coming within a safe space to tie your bathrobe just before they show. Alex wore booties (without us requesting and the house had been cleaned that morning), was really conscientious, went right to work (no "visit fee" applicable, and gave me a MUCH cheaper quote than anyone including those who wanted a diagnositc fee applicable to service, requiring you pretty much to agree to their fee or lose the diagnostic fee. Alex said we needed a part that had to be ordered (I knew it would require a factory part). He called IMMEDIATELY ON RECIEPT and said he'd be over as soon as I could accomadate him. Which was right then, and he was over in minutes. I didn't want to write until I could comment on the quality of the work. Quality of installation: extraordinary. Booties were on, service was done, a deep clean of the machinery below the new filter. I have Time Appliance Repair in the forever booking now. I was blown away to discover they were brand new. This is the kind of service however that is either from people who really want your business or people who really want to be your brand name for service. They are both for me. Please try Time Appliance Repair before it becomes impossible to book them. I was amazed, and I don't amaze easy.

A friend referred Rick to me years ago to fix a leak from my small beverage refrigerator. I then used a year later to fix an issue with my large wine refrigerator. Any more recently Rick performed a maintenance service on my large kitchen, refrigerator, as well as troubleshooting a confusing issue with my 10 year old Bosch dishwasher that kept giving me an error code due leak. I have priced out these services with other appliance vendors on yelp and none of them quote what Rick charges for his work. Rick's prices are fair and low, and more importantly, he is very easy to talk to, and very honest. If it's a small and easy fix, he tells you that, and charges very little. He doesn't make up a fake issue to charge more, like other companies do. It's rare to find someone like Rick in the world we live in today, but I'm sure he's realized that karma is real and he is running an honest and successful business because of it!

Title: One-Star Review…read more If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. I'm extremely disappointed that one star is the lowest option. I do not recommend this company. They misdiagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, which ultimately caused a water leak onto my floor, leaving me to deal with the resulting damage and expense. If they don't have the proper equipment or ability to complete a job correctly, they should not be accepting service calls--especially through a home warranty company. All of the service calls and work ended up being a complete waste of money. I ultimately had to purchase a new refrigerator. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. I would not use this company again.

Prime Appliances $59 service call fee was the lowest quoted by all the repair folks who responded to my request & they offered to come out that afternoon which was great. Rudy took the dryer apart instead minutes & turned out it was just a the pulley tensioner that needed replacing. He was very honest about telling me only what needed replacing & what was still in good shape ( belt & rollers). I'm sure others might have tried to tell me to replace the expensive belt & rollers to make more money on the repair. He was very thorough about cleaning out the inside of the dryer & removing 10 years worth of long hair that had wrapped itself around the roller wheels. He didn't have the right pulley on his truck but was back first thing the next morning to get my dryer back up & running for $210! I'm really glad I hired these professionals instead of trying to do this myself. Will definitely use them again the next time I need an appliance repaired! Really happy to not have
