The gentleman working there greeted us when we walked in however the two ladies working on us didn't even acknowledge us. The lady doing my partner's manicure and pedicure didn't say a word to him until she was done with both the manicure and pedicure.. the lady working on me was so busy saying hi to everyone else I guess she forgot to greet me. She also messed up one of my toes and I couldn't go back to get it corrected because I left early the next morning for my flight back home. I will definitely find a different place to get manicures and pedicures the next time I visit. They were horrible and then they tried to overcharge us. They had the manicure set up as one price and the pedicure set up for another price so they tried to charge the two separately for my partner but on their board right in the store it says $50 for both manicure and pedicure but they were trying to charge us separately which would have been $2 more. Then tried to argue with us about it... although my dipping powder manicure and my partners mani and pedi came out decently, it wasn't a great experience and we will not return.

Not the high quality pics they post…read more Coming back after my honeymoon to write my review : this place was so frustrating. The woman/owner at the front who answers the calls was clearly exceptionally talented. I do actually think HER work is the one broadcasted on social media. My maid of honor reached out via instagram with a photo of what I wanted for my wedding nails and when I got to the salon, I was excited to get started as it was the literal day before my wedding. (We DIY'd the WHOLE thing and I needed to make sure I didn't break any nails in the days before) I can't remember the name of my nail tech, but IMMEDIATELY I realized we were in a sticky situation. I tried to trust the process, showed her photos, told her I wanted a squoval French with the gold line to highlight the manicure. After I watched her MULTIPLE TIMES glue the tips on crooked, and I'm not talking like picky girl crooked, I mean DISFIGURED crooked - Once we got to the gold tip portion, I was told by the woman/owner up front "she can't work with metallics and do lines like that can you pick a different design?" In my head, I'm like, "did you not schedule this?" "Would you let me leave with my hands looking like this?" "Why don't you do it?" But she had another client and was doing anything absolutely gorgeous job on her nails while simultaneously dealing with a tough situation on the phone. I was so totally thrown off guard by this, already by the shape of my nails which definitely were very DUCK looking and the fact that we communicated with their instagram which is riddled with insane talent that I didn't know what to do. The woman up front/owner was very clearly and personally going through something on the phone that I really felt bad about and I just didn't want to ruin anyone's day so I just sucked it up and left with the absolute worst manicure of my life after so many times explaining that these were my wedding nails. My poor maid of honor got similar treatment where she got dip nails and her male manicurist put them back in white dip at the end so her nails literally looked like she played in glue. Im so frustrated. I understand people have hard days, but no one asked me any questions or seemed to care that I was getting married and chose their salon to do my nails. We had a huge wedding of 165 people and I had to show my ring to all of them - my nails will be plastered in photos for everyone to see. I tried to file them down on the sides, went to a cvs to try to fix them myself after our rehearsal dinner as I had 0 time to do anything since we were on a pretty big time crunch and my index nail on my left hand was literally pointing right. The salon itself is pretty, it seemed clean, but as far as marketing goes, I can't believe this happened to me. I paid 70 dollars and I always try to tip well, because I do want to believe the tech tried her best and that it wasn't necessarily her fault that the appointment we made was for something she couldn't do, so I tipped $20. Disappointed, sad and honestly feeling a bit robbed by them still. One week after as well, there was an odd gap of clear space between the French and the actual pinkish color that literally turned yellow on our honeymoon. Mortified to show my hands there. Now, even after I correctly took off the nails with acetone, I am left with an awful RING OF FIRE on my nail beds. this has never happened to me before and from what I hear, it means the tech was careless. The gift that keeps on giving! So now, after my wedding and getting my new and beautiful ring, I can't even get my nails done to show it off. I have to wait until these grow out. I will update the review with more pictures as they come in but here they are currently less than 1 month post appointment

I generally get pedicures because the polish comes off much slower on my toes than my fingers (I have a manual labor job) and I tend to get the gel polish rather than the normal kind. Their employees have changed a little over the years, people come and go, but I always enjoy going here to pamper myself with a pedi once every few months. I even recently started coming here to get my eyebrows waxed (I lost my favorite tweezers and can't find any like them no matter where I look) and I'm always happy with how tame they can get my brows to look. Not to mention everyone here is extra nice. I don't know the name of the lady who waxed my eyebrows, but she's INCREDIBLY sweet and it's never a struggle to come up with some small talk with her in the back room.

However, both her and her husband's attitude has consistently been unpleasant. I overlooked it because at least I walked away with a service I liked, but honestly, their attitude is hurting their business more than helping it. What made me finally draw the line was my recent experience. I reached out on Monday evening (04/13/2026) to ask about availability for Tuesday or Wednesday. I was told nothing was open for Tuesday and to check the website. When I did, I saw a "priority squeeze-in / after-hours" appointment for Wednesday at 7:00 PM for $150, which I booked. Normally, I'm only charged an $11 deposit to reserve, but this time I was charged the full $150 upfront. I noticed later, but didn't make an issue of it since I intended to keep the appointment. I also asked if I could come earlier for a gel pedicure, as I usually do both services together, and was told I could come at 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, on Wednesday I had an emergency at work and couldn't leave. I texted at 5:00 PM to ask to reschedule. I was told I would need to book a new appointment. I followed up asking if I'd be charged again -- no response. I went ahead and rebooked and was charged another $11 deposit. I then reached out again asking if the previously paid $150 would go toward my new appointment. That's when I was told the deposit was non-refundable. At no point did I expect a full $150 to be treated as a non-refundable deposit. If anything, I assumed the usual $11 would be forfeited. Charging the full service amount as a "deposit" without clearly communicating that is unreasonable. This situation feels extremely unfair. Even medical offices don't enforce cancellation policies this harshly without clear notice. Because of this, I had no choice but to cancel my second appointment as well -- I couldn't justify paying another $200+ on top of what was already taken. It's honestly disappointing that there was no effort to work with a loyal client over an emergency situation. PSA: Don't play with people's money like that. You might take it freely, but that kind of energy has a way of coming back around.
