SCAM ALERT! I went to Hi Tek nails for two full sets prior to going to a wedding out of town. It…read morewas my first time coming to this saloon since my go to lady is out of town. Nails came out good despite some complaints about having to do a design, but where the issues really began is when Sam, the manager, began to run my card. She erroneously charged me the wrong amount at first. I let her know that she undercharged me by $100 and allowed her to run my card again. She held on to the initial receipt and gave herself the tip she saw fit. My cost for both sets was $150, and I left a $26 tip (18%). The next day I was surprised to see that they had added an additional $20 tip on the receipt where they mischarged me. Just all around a really shady business that will screw their honest costumers over if they get the chance. I called the store and also went into the location and they refused a refund and I am now working with my bank to get this resolved. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else! I suggest aria nails for nail art or da vi nails in the area as an alternative as I've never had any problems like this at either of those locations and received much friendlier service.
