Went in on Saturday around noon with my two kids . When I arrived no one was there . Literally NO ONE. Door was unlocked , but the lady didn't show up , but I figured to wait a little since she might've been in the back doing something . A minute later some guy walks in and was waiting as well. The lady finally arrived , with Taco Bell in her hands . I understand you have to get lunch, but do not leave the store unattended or at least leave a note saying you'll be back. Anyway, I got on the chair, she was super quick . My lady I usually go to, takes abt 10 min. But I was on the chair for about 5 min. After I got off , she asked the guy that came after to me to come up. I asked her if I could pay for mine first and I guess she was confused and thought me and the guy were together . So when I paid with my card, I wrote a tip for $4.00 on the receipt. Even though, she made me wait , I figured why not . But the lady still had the nerve to ask me if I had cash instead for the tip. Personally, I thought it was rude to ask for cash in the tip . Which is why they get two stars. - I had to wait - being nice enough to tip, she had the nerve to ask me for cash instead . Today I decided to go get my brows done, after waiting FOREVER to them to grow out, after having a bad experience at the place I usually go, I decided to give a new place a chance! After reading a whole bunch of GREAT yelp reviews I went to Perfect Eyebrow. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Anna, and the first thing she said was "I can fix them" which was reassuring from the start, she got started right away, and the outcome was amazing! I was so surprised someone could actually make me like my eyebrows! She has a great personality and actually listened to what I want, unlike the other place I was going to, they usually just went at it and were quick and I always felt it was rushed, but with Anna she took her time and made them PERFECT! yesterday was my birthday and honestly it was a pretty crappy one but the highlight of my day was when i walked into this place. from the min i walked in i juts felt a lil more relaxed i sat down to get my brows done and she asked if i wanted the sideburns as well it was only 10 bucks more and it was my birthday so why not :) i had told her it was my birthday and she gave me a anklet for my birthday i was very shocked but it really made me smile. while she was doing my brows she showed me where the people who had done my eyebrows before had messed up the brow she even filled it in and showed me where i should fill it in in the future. So I used to go to Green Valley Salon and Spa until one day maybe a year ago, they shut down with no notice. Ever since I've been trying to keep my eyebrows in check myself, because I didn't know where else to go. I came across all these great reviews on yelp and finally gave Anna a try today and she was amazing. She really took the time to try to even out my eyebrows, and talked me through her whole thought process on them, because their shape was pretty uneven. This place is simply amazing. I love it here . I have been coming here for almost a year now and i cannot be disappointed at all. While comi here there have been people that come and go like anu. She was a lovely lady and really good and did my brows the way i liked them all the times i went. When she left and sanu came i wasnt sure if i wanted to trust her with my eyebrows since i got so comfortable with anu. this place is amazing! I went here for the for the first time And I was helped by Anna who's service I didn't really like. But I decided to try the place again and I'm happy I did. I went in again yesterday and I was helped by Pam, she had Great service and was very professional. And honestly I was relieved. I love going to perfect eyebrows. I was once a client at eyebrow art downtown here in vacaville but was not satisfied because they were very rough and would cut skin and not fix my eye brows the way I wanted them. I came to perfect eyebrows very scared because I was not sure if I should trust another place with my eyebrows but sure enough Ennu proved me wrong. I've never had a bad experience here. They always make my eyebrows look great, and they're super reasonably priced. I've had a "free eyebrow threading" coupon/ stamp card in my wallet for like, a year, and haven't used it yet because I never have cash and can't add a tip if I use my coupon and only have a card, lmao. Last time i came in Anna left cuts on my face even though she said she has straightened stubble before. But when I went back in I was helped by Pam. Pam did a great job. I've been coming here for a long time and I used to get my brows done by sona but she's gone now and kamal works there and she's really good. I've gotten my brows down by her about 5 times now and every time they have been perfect she's very precise and takes her time. I've noticed some artists liked o go as fast as they can which can cause mistakes but not kamal. read more
