They ended up not being able to finish until Monday at noon but at least they got it done for a reasonable price and the work looked pretty good (it's held up so far!). They seem pretty busy so I don't know if they're the fastest shop if this was during the week. But they were very nice and I really appreciated having a place take care of things on a weekend. On the appointment day, I dropped off my SUV. There was a little confusion and a mention of possible glare that caused confusion in my choice of ceramic window tint. For safety and quality reasons, I had Anthony and his team at Tailored Auto Styling install some high visibility, highest quality heat, and UV rejection graphite tint. I was very clear with Anthony that because our lease is up in less than a year, that I might be less than a year or more than a year to a few years out with the projected work, but I still appreciated getting to talk through my thoughts and what I had in mind. I am excited to see what proposals will come my way and the potential work to be done. I am more happy that I can speak openly with someone and know that they will meet me where I am at, give me the education I need on what options I have, and give me time to execute my decision. We were sold a stereo and accessories which were not compatible with some of the features in our vehicle. After the instal we had issues with speakers not being connected...wires hanging down in front of the gas pedal which snagged my wifes foot when she was driving on the highway. It was an absolute mess. And a dangerous one at that. My advice would be to find a higher end store that actually knows their products and how to install them correctly. I was very close to uninstalling the stereo myself and ordering a chargeback from my bank since these clowns don't honor any type of return. Be warned! This place is a total waste of time and money.
