my fiance went for a dress they wouldn't let her try any of her own choices on (off the shoulder) instead she was flung random tat, once parting with a deposit of £400 she decided that she would look elsewhere and found a better dress at midnight elegance and asked for her deposit back as it was only a part payment of which she was told she wouldn't get it back even though nothing had yet been ordered so she went back and got goods to the price of £400 and the tiara that she was going to buy at £250 before changing stores suddenly jumped up to £350 and they tried to give her the display one with stones missing and when I wrote a review on their facebook page exposing them they promptly removed it and phoned her the next day and were very abusive to the point she was in tears stay away from these cheese merchants read more

The service at Perfect Bridal Rooms in Aberdeen is second to none until the moment you pay your 50% deposit for either your wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses. I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from Perfect Bridal rooms and was disgusted at the way I was treated by staff members once I had parted with my cash. When having my measurements taken for my dress the assistant was rude and acted as if she couldn't be bothered. Once my dress arrived I was sent to their in house seamstress to have a jacket made and to see about alterations. She told me she didn't alter dresses and that my dress was a perfect fit. At no point did she mention that I would have to have bustle points sewn into my dress so that I could tie up my train.. Another hastle and expense to stress about just before our big day. When I took my bridesmaids in to try on dresses they have very few junior dresses in. I have an 11 year old bridesmaid and she was left to try on adult dresses that were way too large or little kids dresses.... Once we ordered the dresses (not the style I wanted as the assistant told me it was no longer made - A lie, as it's still on the Alfred Angelo website) I was told that they would give me details of their recommended alterations firm.... Nope, not a single detail. Another thing I had to arrange on my own.. So, in short... Don't buy from Prefect Bridal Rooms.. Go there to try on dresses if you live in Aberdeen, but source the dress you like elsewhere. read more

Purchased bridesmaids dresses for my sisters wedding from Perfect bridal. Bridesmaid dresses (Jim Helm) came apart at seams during wedding reception and my mother had to spend time stitching the dresses. Took the dresses back to the shop on the Monday and explained and were told the manager would call us back. Manager called back and said we would have to prove dresses were faulty, even though they were in her possession. She was extremely rude, superior and never once apologised. She implied we had damaged the dresses deliberately. Was disgusted with the service and attitude after purchasing a faulty product. Would urge people to think carefully before buying anything from here. read more
