The shop's very pretty looking, it has black and white photo's of Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn on the wall and has a general colour scheme all the way through the shop. The staff talk to you very openly and seem friendly enough.
When I went to Perfect Beauty it was in preparation for my sisters 21st birthday party so me and my sister went together and I treated her. Even though I spent a fair bit of money I was not impressed.
During a french manicure, the beautician cut my finger open and didn't apologise, this did ruin my manicure, I wont lie.
I asked her for a leg wax and instead of her telling me the hairs on my legs were too short she just did it anyway, charging me for causing me pain without actually making a difference to the hairs on my legs.
I went back a few days later and they wouldn't refund me the money because apparently my hairy legs weren't proof that they didn't wax my legs.
My sister had her nails done and she had no complaints about that, but she also had a spraytan that was very streaky. I will not be going back. read more
