I stopped in yesterday for a replacement rear windshield wiper. For some reason they insisted on…read moretaking my car keys and bringing the car into a service bay. I was also told they needed my registration. After about 20 minutes they said they don't have the correct windshield wiper. They can get it in another 20 minutes. I was also told no one locally in East Longmeadow or Longmeadow has it in stock. I might not be the most savvy when it comes to car mechanics but I was sure I was being taken advantage of when I was told it would be $65 in full if I waited and they replaced it. I took my keys and registration back and drove off to my car dealer where I purchased my car. They had the windshield in stock, it was $26 and in about 2 minutesit was installed. Funny thing is I purposely didn't go to the car dealer initially because car dealers are always the more expensive option.
