He discusses your individual case and is very thorough. His whole staff are very pleasant and they make you feel very comfortable. My root canal went better then some fillings that I have filled in the past. I really didn't feel the freezing, he used a local cream first and was so gentle withe the freezing. He has gentile steady hands and was so thoughtful through the whole procedure. He better insure his hands because they are more valuable than gold. If you need a root canal ask you dentist to refer you to him, like mine did. Don't go anywhere else!

My whole family have been patients of Dr. Issac's for nearly 10 years, and she does excellent work and very patient focused. Her front desk staff are so friendly and accommodating, and its like a "family environment" your chatting away to them, you go in there and you feel relaxed and welcomed. Dr. Issac, has amazing connections as to the Dental Surgeon's she refers you to for work that you need done, they are excellent, and anyone that she refers to you to you know that they are good and very knowledgeable in their field, or she would not be referring you to them. She is a great dentist, has great staff that have been with her for a very long time, and her Dental Hygienist is very thorough and does a nice job cleaning your teeth, and she offers you tips/techniques for proper cleaning and flossing to ensure that your teeth are well maintained. I have daily headaches and nobody can figure out why though I feel pain coming from this tooth and another he worked on on a daily basis. What a nightmare. I explained my situation (couldn't eat, extreme pain) and tried to book an appointment as soon as I could. To my utter disbelief they offered to stay open a little later THAT DAY so I could see them. The receptionist later told me that my voice reminded her of her son in college, and that's why they agreed to help me. I have never gone to another dentist since. This facility is ultra-modern; less clinical than spa-like with its tile and wood an incandescent lighting and large windows. Their waiting room is small for a reason: I almost never wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment. Dr. Weir also never tries to sell me stuff I don't need (like my previous dentist who was constantly hawking unnecessary orthodontal procedures). Even though my first experience with him involved yanking four teeth out of my head, I've always returned here. Obligatory Title Pun: A dentist that knows the DRILL. Incredibly rude, and they speak over you when you try to talk. I was trying to tell them to inform me about the claim before they submit it to my insurance company, and instead of responding professionally, she was incredibly hostile. She put words in my mouth and kept trying to pick a fight when all I was asking to do was inform me of the charges and spoke over me when I was trying to explain what I was asking for and explain why. I wasn't even disputing charges, and had said I would pay the amount. Don't bother with this place when you can't even get professional service as you walk through the door. I'm sure there are plenty of other dentist clinics who are professional and won't try and fight you when asking for transparency.

And then you realize that you are supposed to be at the dentist getting your teeth cleaned in 3 minutes and that's why you feel like you shouldn't be sleeping off a mid-week bender? No? That hasn't happened to you? Then... my bad (I guess). Long story short - I called the dentist and said I would be late and they were totally cool about it. Then I showed up (looking/smelling like a hobo) and they were totally cool about it. Then I disallowed the cavitron 5000 from my cleaning and they were totally cool about it. The bottom line message I want to deliver to you in this review, is that I am never switching dentists again. Actually, that's not exactly true. I am never switching hygienists again. If Lisa moved to a different dentist office, I would move my records along with her. This was the most painless dental cleaning I have ever had. That statement is not a joke. I had not been to the dentist in 1.5 years, and there was a lot of cleaning that needed to be done; Lisa had brand new dental tools that she was delighted to break in on me. She was done in 45 minutes (I have historically had to break up cleanings into 2 visits) and when I inspected her work, I expected to see residual tartar and plaque because of the efficiency and painlessness of the service, but the cleaning passed the quality control inspection. I remain shocked by the quality of this cleaning and it has inspired me to floss more regularly, because I want to preserve the work that she has done here. This is my new hygienist and I hope that I die before she does (like... a long time from now) because I can't imagine finding another person that is this good at this job.

I called reschedule, then gentlemen that answered the phone told me it was because I need a surgical dentist so he booked me in for another date. I had expressed how I need this molar pulled as its causing me such great discomfort. He put me on hold to check then gave me my appointment. I arrived today to once again told by this dentist they can't do it either must book with a surgical dentist I said that who i was supposed to see. So once again. Im out money for 2 days and having to pay a driver to drop me off . Im on Disability and can't afford losing $$ and now im broke and have to sit here for 2hrs for a free ride. I don't have any money to get a ride back another day. The dentist I did see was trying to wiggle and push on the tooth to see how loose it was and now is bothering more than usual. They just said nothing they could do, nor had any interest. I asked what can I do for the pain..she said Advil and told me it will probably be a month to see the surgeon as they are only in 1x month. So I sit and wait in pain. Broke and frustrated they said even then there is no guarantee he could remove it????when it was their clinic that did a root canal on it and now it sits my sinus cavity.

Oliver is my primary dentist although over the years I have seen most. when I had any major work done ie implants, they helped me with a plan to pay in instalments. The hygienists are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. They are all very caring professionals. I would give them all 5 stars.
