After they established where they were getting in, it was sealed and they proceeded to bait my house on all levels. After their arrival I had no evidence of mice in my home after a week. My whole family slept better knowing their wasn't any unwanted guests left. Fast forward 8 months later, I found a dead mouse in my basement who had obviously got into the maintenance bait traps(glad they suggested that!!!) I called and Pam came the next day and did a perimeter search. She hunted around and finally found where they were entering again into my home. She baited underneath my deck and sealed up where they were once again making their way in. Pam offered to do it free of charge as they guarantee their services. The online customers service, to when I called, the professionalism, and the honesty, and consistency to make sure the job we hired them to do was a done deal. I want to give recognition to the service guy who my husband thought was just a great guy in general, when he was in our home, it felt more like he was visiting, because 'Gabe' was professional and personable. 'Gabe' went up and beyond for us, he was thorough, answered our questions, we never felt rushed, or left not having answers, we put our faith into "Gabe' and his knowledge and he got the job done, and we are so grateful.
