No pride of workmanship. Recently had this business put in sod with specific instructions of how I wanted the yard, mainly that the yard would need to be leveled. Owner indicated that he would bring dirt to level the yard from another location he was working on. We agreed on the job and the quote. The end result was a yard with dry and brown sod with sinking holes all over. Owner stated he did not have dirt and that the reason the sod was brown was because it was Winter Rye. I had him come back and remove the sod. He did not try and make this right, I had to become upset so that he would pick up the hay like grass he installed. No pride of workmanship and did not care what I thought. read more
