The quality of work by this company is poor. We got a 2 tier blue stone patio, and it took about 2.5 months to complete.
As soon as the concrete was poured on the top level, it was clear that it dipped in the middle like a bowl. We brought this up immediately to the owner, and he assured us it would be fixed. It was not, now every time it rains we have a nice pond outside our door!
He also forgot to grout between 3/4 of the cap stones on the wall around the patio. We called to have this fixed, and he came back and used a different color grout on the other stones! He also filled in between the stones unevenly so water again pools between them in numerous locations.
When he was doing a "final cleaning" he left marks all over our walkway that appear to be etched into the stone.
He broke an original outdoor light to the house, took a huge gouge out of our driveway with a dumpster, destroyed a drain pipe while prepping the yard, and broke the gate off of our fence.
The project itself was costly, but he still tired to nickel and dime us the entire time. Trying to add on hidden charges. We had to have a new gas line run for our grill and his guy quoted is 1100 dollars, it was done for 600. He quoted us 12000 dollars for topsoil, grass, and landscaping after the project was done, it was done for 4000.
The most offensive piece of all this was the lack of professionalism. By the end of the project, he had run out of material, and tried to short us by 3 feet of our patio! Then he tried to make us pay extra for the materials that he measured incorrectly. Also, on numerous occasions, his guys left food wrappers and food in my yard, which my dogs ate. Also a plastic bag from their garbage got into my pool and clogged the skimmer. This is not even to mention the cigarette butts I am still finding all over.
