Called a year later for another job, they showed up and looked at our fireplace...they gave opinion on problem and we asked them to give us a quote on a new fireplace insert replacement and to fix existing problem. They stated they would have it for us by the end of the day...never happened. Once again, called them and left a message stating we were interested in receiving the quote...never called back and never received a quote. Recommendation for the company...try not to over-promise which forces you to under-deliver. If you state you're going to call...call! If you state you're going to send a quote...send the quote! We are excellent customers and we pay in full and are timely in our payment. Losing this type of customer can be very costly to your business, especially when it comes to word-of-mouth reference. You're nice people...really hated to leave an unpleasant review.

If there was a problem like with my neighbors trash piling up on the porch. He would call the neighbor to tell her I was complaining about the trash. What kind of man can't just say. I've heard or seen there is a lot of trash on the porch. You need to cleaned up. Or when they came to spray for bugs. She would conveniently by gone or not do what needed to be done for the ppl to spay the house. When I told him about it he didn't care. Even said "Oh she was just here paying rent". I told him how loud the neighbor is. His answer was "Yeah she has a load voice" could go on but I won't. And really read the contract.
