What a fun adventure. I'm always looking for little outings to share with visiting friends and family. This place is a perfect for sharing. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The staff encouraged us to sample as much as we wanted. She was very informative about how the various sauces were blended and best used. They even had free recipe cards utilizing the different spicy sauces. I sampled some of hottest sauces and I was impressed by the flavors not being lost in the fire. The store is very nicely organized, well lit and quite clean. The selves were nicely organized and that made it easy to browse through the hundreds of various sauces, glazes, and spicy treats. There is plenty of parking and the store is wheelchair accessible despite being small inside. There are restrooms for customers and cold bottles of water should someone catch fire while tasting. Gift assortments and discounts are available for multiple bottles purchased. read more

The original Pepper Palace. If you love spicy sauce, this is the place. Very friendly staff; thank you for the sample sauces. Am not a lover of hot sauce and they have this mild sauce called Peach Vanilla. I loved it with the tortilla chip. Bought several sauces and seasonings for my "soninlaws" and friends. A " must stop ". We have been several times . One side is a museum of hot sauces that are NOT for sale, then on the other side is the fun . Hot sauces, sweet sauces and " olives and jelly. We loaded up on a sweet relish that you mix with cream cheese and serve with crackers but we add some hot sauce and it's even better. The sweet lady that works there is very knowledgeable. She encourages you try the samples and keeps the store pristine . I am excited to try my new finds . read more

As we drive by my husband yells at me to stop! He has seen a hot sauce store and I must turn around and go back! So clearly, my husband loves hot sauce and all things spicy. We have been to every hot sauce and spicy store we have ever found. Pepper Palace was a cool location to stumble across. The woman working was very nice and explained that we were in fact at the warehouse were the majority of the items in the store were made. She let us sample whatever we wanted to try and was very knowledgeable about the items. My husband found a few things to bring home that we hot and tasty and we left happy and on fire! read more

The tsunami sriracha sauce is excellent on everything. They have a huge variety of hot sauces, spices, rubs, salts, salsas, marinades and glazes. If it goes on food, they have a sauce for it. And if you don't know what you want, they have an entire refrigerator full of sample jars for you to try. Customer service here was just excellent. read more

This is a must see in Tennessee. They have several locations throughout the States. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable of the hot sauces. They will let you try just about everything they sell. This location is where they make the sauces and ship off to other stores. It doesn't get any fresher than this. Will definitely hit up the st. Augustine location when I get back to Florida. read more
