The "owner" arrived and indicated that the compressor on our Samsung was low on refrigerant, Samsung has a closed system. He indicated that his tech could do some kind of modification and fill the refrigerant. Stated that the tech would arrive the next day between 12 & 2PM, about I:30 I texted the owner, he texted back that the tech was running late and the tech would call when he was on the way. About 4:30 texted again, no response, called went to voicemail, left message no response, office phone, voicemail no response. Check for service call $80.00, cashed no call back. Be aware of this company they are not very trustworthy in my opinion.
