Though satisfied by being removed, I am still disappointed in the lack of professionalism from their representative. Chelsea, whose sugary sweet yet respectful voice via phone call, was rather irritating. She wanted to convince me I must be referring to another company or must have confused them with another company as she only had record of them calling 3 times. Regardless, initially I requested and was polite to their rep who was less than adequate. Even now, I had to track down and publicly post as well as send a formal email wasting my time to get some resolution. My original post is valid though I did edit my accusation of them selling personal/professional contact information to 3rd parties or affiliates. ORIGINAL POST: This company harasses companies that have purchased or even inquired about a product EVER. Past, present, dead... they do not care and have no ethics.
