While this restaurant looks great from the outside the service is absolutely horrendous! There were…read moreonly two servers for the entire upstairs. They looked angry if you waved them down, but you had to because they never checked on you! At every point of the meal there was something wrong. When the drinks came out, one was correct one was wrong and when we informed our server they acted like it was our fault. With dessert, we ordered tiramisu and a cappuccino. It took 20 minutes and having to wave down the server in order to get the cappuccino. Our tiramisu order was for two yet we only got one spoon. We ordered a large bottle of water, we got a small bottle of water. The steak was completely under cooked, almost blue in the middle. One of the worst dining experiences we have had in the last year and a half of living in Germany! I do not recommend anyone going to this place! The positives were very few and far between but there were some. They served a Big glass of wine, the tiramisu was amazing, and the bread was absolutely delicious!

Two in our family are strictly vegetarians, and when we made the reservation, we told Maria this - she claimed that she noted "vegetarian" next to our party's reservation. When we got there, only 2 other tables were used. No vegetarian dishes were available on the menu, which was rectified by the waiter who did come back after speaking to the chef and offered some dishes (kuddos for them). But, the absolute negative: -we waited over an hour for our entrees (remeber, only 2 other tables were occupied. On a Tuesday evening) -when they did come, the waiter had forgotten to put my entree order in. No apologies, nothing, made me wait another 20 minutes for the ravioli I had ordered. Aside from this mishap, I will also note that the main dish that many in or party had (the duck) was NOT good. Fatty and hard. we expected better quality food at those prices. Lastly, again no apologies for forgetting my meal, no overture made my the waiter or the owner by giving us a free espresso or dessert. No, Nothing. For the prices you pay here, such behavior is truly unacceptable. We are happy to pay the price, but then it is the restaurant's responsibility to meet that standard. AND IT DID NOT. DO NOT GO HERE. There are many other much better and friendlier Italian restaurants in Stuttgart
