I was changing an address as well as changing some names on accounts and these were time consuming tasks. The staff was very patient and accommodating and made these tasks as enjoyable as possible. The interior of the facility is clean and well maintained. We were offered a seat and multiple associates attempted to assist us. We were not made to wait long and I felt that my time was respected and that my business was valued.

We called and they said just to use our old mortgage company login to get the information online. We don't have that information. I called from a phone that wasn't on their list (they had an old number that I gave them). They told me I could only speak with them using that phone, even to get the payment address and amount. Useless customer service. I'll keep calling and trying until I can figure out how to pay. Good thing I'm keeping track of all the calls so that when they charge me a late fee I can sue them. Off now to report them to the better business. Bureau.

Knox. It's hard to have confidence in some tellers based on the fact that they haven't grasped the wise saying that you should dress for the job you want and not the one you have. I'm hopeful that in time they will learn these basic rules of achieving success. It may just be time to move to a bank that possesses more ATM's and values its customers time.

We went to close out the accounts and was told that we shouldn't have been allowed to empty out the deposit boxes and was held to inventory everything back into the boxes. Poor leadership allowed this to happen. We spent over 3 hours for nothing all because the staff was not trained properly. I had even called to make sure prior to my arrival since I flew in from out of state to take care of this. I had to follow up 3 times before the manager Rudilania Sanchez got back to me. I asked for compensation for my loss of business hours since I had so much to do. Compensation was denied. Beware of Fifth Third Bank they do not value your time and failed on follow through. My sister had to follow up twice once again with the Manager Rudilania Sanchez to verify what we need to close out the accounts costing us several hundreds of dollars more of travel and time for something that should have been completed once with the right guidance.

I had fraud last Friday and dealt with the online Fraud division over the weekend. Then came in and Helen helped me get a new account/card/everything. I have also dealt with Rob and he is nice also. Then now we are dealing with Lacey to open new accounts and she is sharp and helpful also. I am the first one to say we get HORRIBLE service, but I am also the first one to say we got GREAT service.
