I needed a document notarized and only had a very short wait in the lobby before being greeted by Alex. Alex explained she normally works at the Greenville location but was filling in at Anderson today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, conscientious, and highly professional. She took the extra time to ensure all my forms were completed correctly before notarizing them. I had to call my attorney with a few questions about the paperwork, and Alex was incredibly patient, cordial, and friendly throughout the process. She kept a warm conversation going while we waited for the attorney to answer, making the entire interaction feel comfortable and stress-free. Alex is personable, down-to-earth, and a fantastic asset to Wells Fargo. She truly brightened my mood, and I left the bank feeling delighted with the service.
