While relaxing, this creature of mayhem decided to treat himself to an all you can eat buffet like he was a high roller at Caesars Palace. The damage was severe and most of not all the wires in the engine compartment were severed. 17 different error codes showed during a diagnostic test. While at the dealership, a service representative told me he had never heard of an insurance company covering rodent damage, a common problem in South Carolina. Well the man doesn't deal with Kira at State Farm. After explaining the situation, Kira took care of me and had me on the phone with a claims within minutes. So friendly. Absolutely fantastic service. Not only is the damage covered but a rental car was arranged. This is my first time ever filing a claim but Kira actually made it stress free. Moral of the story, if your engine compartment is ever damaged by a wire eating Sasquatch, be sure you have Dylan Schaefer, Kira, and the rest of the State Farm team on your side!

By this writing on April 5 they have yet to return any of the three phone messages that I left with the receptionist or the two voicemails. I gave them one more try to call me back by the end of the day or I would be taking my business elsewhere.... and still no response. I made sure that they had my contact information correct as well. The poor receptionist seems to be stuck in the middle. Suddenly when I went to retrieve my paperwork to start searching for a new tax accountant, they indicated they had questions and needed more information. Too little too late Lindley Pettigrew and Company! I strongly suggest finding a different place to get your taxes done.
