I graduated from a paralegal school in Tacoma with flying colors. ACTNOW had a legal assistant job in Yakima, and they said I had to register first. I wanted to do the registration and interview in the same day, and hopefully talk directly with an attorney and not a clerical (pink-collar) person. The ACTNOW staff member named Sherry came unglued and wrote me the biggest insulting e-mail over the Internet I have ever received. When I complained to the management, they had the gall to say that I antagonized her, and never apologized. DO NOT APPLY THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! They believe they have the upper hand in this bad economy, and can treat job applicants in a rude manner! ACTNOW has changed its name to Atlas Staffing...

I went in several times, filled out their tests, did the interviews. I told them I was just looking for a job at a comparable wage(About $10/h) I had 5 years management experience and was quite employable with great references. I called several times as I was tired of the job I had. The only job they ever tried to set me up with was a temporary job at the fair grounds. I laughed and never called them again. The staff is a joke, along with their service. They also now give training in Adobe Creative Suite, which is laughable. I was looking through some old reviews, I spotted this one and clicked on their website. Scroll 3/4 of the way down, there is a picture of their staff that is photoshopped, I guess this is the caliber of training you get. They also offer graphic design services, so if you're looking for crap you should probably call.
