I am so upset that I would like to give 1 out of 5 stars on this review but because it is only one bad experience I am giving 3 out of 5 stars and hoping someone sees this review and she gets a wake up call. She was not kind and had an attitude as though I was putting her out when I just called to ask a question. I have worked with people and in costumer service positions and understand having a rough day; however, you should NEVER take it out on your costumers. Really disappointed because I have always gotten great service from Besel and Williams. It is important to support local businesses. I hope she learns better costumer service and to treat everyone with respect and kindness because you don't know what they could be going through.

I'm now having to pay additional taxes. I paid them a lot of money to do my 1040 and when I asked for it to be partially or fully reimbursed the lady responding told me it was my fault for sending email (something they had told me to do) and for not catching their error. Shoddy work and poor customer service. Unfortunately, I had previously recommended them to friends and they have had an excessive amount of problems with work being done incorrectly and fines racking up. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

( Thats a fact ) The young guy in the back who does the design graphics ( im sorry, can't remember his name ) is really really good at what he does and came up with the perfect wrap for my car and brought my artwork to life! Everyone there ( especially the owner ) goes out of their way to make sure your happy with their work, ( I always am ). The guys in the back that actually install ,put on the graphics are at the top of their game! They are good at what they can do . The owner, ( again I'm awful with names, forgive me ) What a guy! Very polite, friendly, works with you. I can't say enough great things about him and his company. The quality of their work and company manners are top shelf! If you need something special and even if your ( like me ) Very picky about your car, they will ease your mind and come thru with the promise of great work. I highly HIGHLY recommend this business, I promise you, you won't regret it! These guys deserve all the praise! If I could give 20 stars I would.

I really wish I would have saved this. Regardless, we gave this local business a try and we designed the logo and just had them print it. Every year after this we experienced nothing but horrible service. They'll take your money and deliver low quality. Yearly, when I speak with the owner "costs go up" one year I paid $55 for a non-digital print (5"W x 26"L), following year I paid $150 because it was a digital logo and in color. Then shortly after that $190 when he agreed on two more for $150 each, and the second was a discount price of $170. Yesterday I spoke with his employee and gave him the dimensions of 4ft wide by 1ft height, and his employee quoted me $35 digital, fully colored for 10 prints with my own logo. I called back the next day and the owner saw my purchase history and changed it to $280.00 for 1 print! Never going back to Alex (owner) does not care about his customers and last thing he said to me was, "you don't have to come back if you don't like the service."
