We had to hire approximately 50-60 contingent workers from Aerotek and Aaron and his team delivered really solid candidates. Our supervisors and I were very happy with the job fair process. We were treated well when we came to Aerotek to interview the candidates. We were also very happy about how organized everything was and how quickly the candidates passed their background checks. With the other staff agency we were working with, it took weeks to a month to know whether their candidates passed background. Oftentimes, the length of the background check would detract the candidate from the position and they would find another job. Aaron is in constant communication with me to make sure we're happy and the reps we hired are doing well. It also helps that he brings us goodies like bagels every now and then. He has very good client follow-up skills. I don't know how we could've survived open enrollment if it wasn't for Aaron and his team.
