I strongly recommend Career Strategies because during temp assignments, you can test the company to know if it is the right opportunity you're searching for and if not, Career Strategies will find you another. No nonsense, just excellent recruiting. I originally applied for a job in 2017, but it wasn't the right fit for me or the employer. Eleanor told me she would keep me in mind in the event a better fit/opportunity presented itself. True to her word, this past April she called me and presented the job I now have. Somehow (from our conversation more than 6 months ago), she knew it would be an excellent fit on both sides, as well as a slight career change for me that I had been seeking and hoping for, and in the sector I wanted. Literally. Amazing! Eleanor communicates honestly and directly; no chasing her down to find out where you stand. She kept me informed during the interview process, even emailing me to let me know she was waiting to hear from the employer. I didn't have to wonder where I stood, she let me know every step of the way. Eleanor reminded me how helpful a true professional recruiter can be. I HIGHLY recommend Priority Staffing & Eleanor!

Because of Nancy I referred so many of my friends and family to work with Exact Staff and they have always placed them in great positions with the pay that they all requested. They were amazing! Later, I worked with GINA and she was amazing, I told her how much I wanted to earn, and she made sure to bring many opportunities in that range. She was so helpful in giving me opportunities that I was interested in and made sure to place me in a position that she knew I would be happy at! I have been at my job for a week now and I am in love, it is so interesting, and exciting! It was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Exact Staff, I have more referrals on the way!
