Robert Half is awesome! Got me a great job very quickly! Roxanne R. was very courteous and professional! Highly recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! You'll waste your time & so will they. Not only do they NOT know if you're working or NOT. You'll get random calls from different agents telling you to "submit your timesheet", when you haven't been to work in 2 weeks. I've reached out numerous times. Only to get no answers. They hide & beat around the bush. Because I took ACTION into my own hands, and emailed them back & finally had enough of the run around. So now I thought I'd share. Keep your sanity. It's not worth all the run around. Any "jobs" they pretend to have, they really don't have any really. They have more ppl wanting to work then they have placement for. read more

Roxanne Rosen is an absolute pleasure to work with/for. She is very attentive towards my needs and goals. Always ready to help and answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend anyone to reach out to her if you are looking for an expert recruiter to help guide you to your next opportunity, I highly recommend Roxanne. read more

I am giving two stars because the RH recruiters in the Ventura county area were friendly, took the time to get to know me, and were very professional. I also appreciated that they wanted to make sure that I felt like the job opportunities they were sending my way were jobs that I felt like were a good fit for me. However, the recruiter I spoke with who works out in the Woodland Hills office was not very personable or friendly whatsoever. She was very transactional and all about the money. This recruiter did reach out to me about a job opportunity in the area but I didn't like her approach. Yes, I'm available for work but shouldn't I meet the potential employer first to get a feel of what they're looking for and what the culture is like at that firm? I think it's foolish to blindly sign up for the first opportunity that's handed to you--especially if you haven't met the folks that you will be working with. I mentioned that I had interviews lined up and wanted to assess my options. I also asked if an interview could be set up between me and that employer. She got really snarky and told me that, " I guess you're not in a rush to get a job then" before hanging up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. I didn't like my experience so far. I think people who are in this line of work need to be mindful and sensitive of the fact that some of us are looking to get into jobs that we see ourselves successfully fitting into--even if it's temporary. Some of us are going to job placement agencies because we left or got laid off from a toxic workplace. We don't want to get tossed into another horrible job situation. Lastly, we're facing tough times. These recruiters need to be more empathetic and kind to those who are still looking for stable work in this economy. read more

Roxanne was my recruiter and she was so efficient throughout the entire process from beginning to end. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me land a job that I enjoy! I can say Roxanne is always reachable which is something that's important to me and she goes above and beyond to check in and make sure everything is going well. Appreciate having her as a recruiter and definitely recommend her! Thanks Roxanne! read more

Great place to assist in the search for a job. The team helped me find the perfect position, and didn't give up until they found the right fit for me. The first placement ended up not being the right match, but they worked through it and found a great job for me very quickly. Great people, always available to help, kind demeanor. Would highly recommend this location! read more

It does not make any sense how you keep asking people to send resumes and call in to inquire about these jobs on linkedin. I have contacted 3 different people from this organization at least 2-3 times a piece. Brandon Steele is the only one i was passed to over the phone and what happens? NOTHING. Chelsea Cua dont even bother responding either. Im over here struggling to understand what the point of a recruiter is, if youre not going to even share the job listings with your clients... how is it i keep seeing your name pop up on new listings .. YET WHERE IS THE RESPONSE!!!!!!!!??? you must not be helping anyone out there. Please enlighten me as to why i cant get a " oh im sorry, we're a little busy right now, hold on i have a wait list." at least let me know why... Brings me back to a Seinfeld episode "ya see... you can take the reservation.... but you dont know how to keep the reservation" must be sitting at ya desk looking at thousands of emails twiddling ya thumbs like "whens lunch?". Im expecting yall to work on my behalf.. thats the job. dont be a recruiter if you cant recruit.. waste of fucking time.  Bullshit service.. from bullshit people.  -Robert Half That really should be the catch line. Dont bother, I shoulda know that finding my own job was actually always the best first option. read more

Unethical practices. The job postings are not always accurate and resumes are gathered when employment is not available. I suggest you ask questions before sending your resume. 1. Is this position ready for placement? 2. Is your background applicable? If not you will end up with a resume stored in their system, (a resume collection service). They do not allow you to make an informed decision, but will later tell you how great you are and that they will call you when a position is available. It is important to approach with caution. I am going to spare the name of the person who made this practice questionable. I do hope there was a lesson learned from a formal complaint made. read more

Nothing short of Amazing. People who really care to make sure you get a job and are set. Ive had to experiences in two separate time frames in which robert half was able to place me somewhere perfect and when in need as well. I have successfully became permanent both times. 10/10 Recommend. read more

ROXIE the ROX-STAR!! I could really say a lot... But I'll just say that my recruiter, Roxie Rosen was so incredibly helpful...she landed me multiple job interviews in a short period of time. And ones that I actually had a chance to get employed with. Because of her, I was offered a job with a solid, starting salary and close to my home. It has been such a blessing for me. I would recommend anyone looking for a job to request Roxie at RH. She very professional and consistent with checking in to make sure that everything is going smoothly - you can tell she actually cares. 20 out of 10 rating for Roxie! read more

I've had the best experience with Nikki, she answered my million questions! She was so positive, helpful and responsive!

I also had a HORRIBLE time with Sabrina Deeb! She did absolutely NOTHING to help me find employment, in spite of my more than 30 years of experience in HIGH-END administrative positions. Instead, she jacked me around, lied to me and eventually just stopped taking my calls. Don't waste your time with this woman or this agency! There are plenty of opportunities to pursue on your own! read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about working with Robert Half-Woodland Hills. Roxanne (Roxie) Rosen is a joy to work with. Roxie is very attentive, and her follow-through is on point from start to finish. Roxie's knowledge of what the clients' needs are, and their culture prepares you for the interviewing process and ultimately ending with a job offer. I highly recommend working with this branch, as well as Roxie. read more

I would not recommend Accountemps to anyone. They just waste your time. I went to this office and also the office on Wilshire in Santa Monica, and have received calls from one or two of the other offices around L.A. They don't get many job orders and although they do have some opportunities that come up from time to time, they usually don't pan out. They told me about a few that sounded really good but in the end, they all went dark. There's one guy from the Woodland Hills office who has called me with at least 10 opportunities, a couple of which I did get interviews on, but none of them ever materialized. I've also heard that this agency makes a lot of money per hour on its employees, but employee pay is low compared to other companies. Apply at Ledgent and Accounting Principals for accounting jobs. They're way better and get way more quality work orders and permanent opportunities. Pay is generally good too - the companies will pay more for agency employees for temp jobs lasting 3, 4, 6, 9 months (often $25+ per hour) than they will for "temporary hires" ($17-20 per hour or even less). Update 2/26/17 - The trend at this place is that they call or email you to ask if you're interested in a particular opportunity and then they just totally forget about you again until something else comes along. I think they submit a ton of resumes and their clients decide which ones they want to interview. The farthest I've ever gotten with Accountemps was a single interview. With other agencies, I've gotten jobs that lasted as long as 9 months. I just don't think they get many good job orders thru Accountemps - at least not ones that pay really well. I've heard from various employers that Accountemps is really profit-hungry and not easy to work with, and that some of them terminated their business relationship with Accountemps and started using other agencies to find employees. read more

The first temp job I was went to had me, 2 other ladies, and an unrelated individual who was interviewing. They basically interviewed us, had us waiting there for a few hours, and then told us they didn't want us to work there. After, they found me a temp job at a really strange place. The office was small, filthy, wanted me to push sales, and there was definitely no growth (they had 2 different names/companies?). However, they were extremely relaxed. The whole company seemed really shady and I felt uncomfortable working here. It's not really their fault because they haven't done business with the company before, but I definitely do not recommend the company I was a temp for. I was working there for two weeks, had jury duty, then never heard back from the boss when I asked. It was funny when months later I got a phone call from a random number, picked it up, and heard night club music. I later realized it was the 'boss' that never answered me back. No fault on Robert Half's behalf, but wanted to give an update. read more

I decided to work with a temp agency after unsuccessfully finding anything in the field I was looking for after finishing college. MeMe is currently my recruiter and I highly recommend her! She is honest, friendly, and definitely cares about matching you to the right position. Even though I have limited professional experience, MeMe really tries her best to find me the best positions possible. I definitely would not have gotten this far without her help. They also pass your resume to their other nearby locations so it is very helpful to have multiple options in terms of location. Overall I highly recommend OfficeTeam if you are looking for a temp agency. It's a great way to start your career after college, or even in general. Other agencies don't seem to put in enough care or effort as they do. The other agencies I have contacted don't even get back to you on time or at all, whereas MeMe always promptly replies. Also, OfficeTeam doesn't charge a fee, which is really great. Even when you go in for an interview, they help prep you for it and follow-up with you after every interview/job to obtain your feedback. read more

The Woodland Hills office has such an amazing team! I had been looking for a job once I decided I was going to move to LA and spent over 6 months searching. I finally decided I was going to go the temp-agency route and contacted four of them. Office Team was the only company to get back to me and set up an interview that week (pretty sad for the other companies, but I won't name names). :) Anyway, from the very first phone call to the interview to all the contact we had during my temp period, they were nothing but professional, friendly, and responsive. I personally dealt with Amy and just absolutely loved her! I could believe how quickly they found me an interview, which turned into a temp-job a week later, which eventually became my full-time job. I just want to thank all of you, especially Amy, for everything you did for me over the last six months. I highly recommend Office Team! read more

I honestly had such an easy time going through this process, I never thought a temp agency was the way to go. First off a temp agency does NOT charge you, so that's awesome and they do most of the work, but you need to put in some work, to tell them how awesome you are. The best way to get a job is by putting in the work to make your resume and yourself look good on paper and be honest and explain to Office team how you work and they will set you up with a great interview. Guillermo got me an amazing job and I got promoted in the job within the first month. read more

Reaching out to MeMe of OfficeTeam was one of the best decisions I've made in a while. I was recommended to OfficeTeam by a friend who also had a great experience using the agency. After calling and setting up an appointment to meet MeMe, she quickly identified opportunities that matched my interests and career goals. Within a couple days OfficeTeam already had multiple career options lined up for me. Going through OfficeTeam saved me time and also from the headache of applying endlessly to places online. I would recommend this employment agency to friends and family. Thanks again OfficeTeam! read more

The staff at Office team has always been really helpful. They are always very professional and polite with me. Which is great! I feel that Meme & Guillermo are always looking for positions that fit my interests and experience. They seem to really care about their candidates. It is also great that the companies that I temp at acknowledge what a great job I do, and so does Office Team. Thank you so much for your help! I highly recommend them for anybody seeking Temp or Temp to hire work. Cate read more

I had been job searching for six months with no luck. At the time I had a bachelor's degree in finance and an accounting certificate. Unfortunately I had no work experience (take advantage of internships!). I was even turned away from another temp agency due to lack of experience (they told me I needed six months accounting experience before they would consider me for job placement. My goal was to find an entry level accounting, finance, or business position. So I was applying anywhere and everywhere. I finally applied at Accountemps. The staff was helpful and even gave me constructive criticism on my résumé and other helpful advice. They didn't make any false promises and were honest with what they could do for me. In the end they were able to give me the opportunity I was looking for and place me in a company that provides a fast paced and challenging environment where I learn something new every day. read more

OfficeTeam in Woodland Hills is the best staffing agency that I've found, and I'm very grateful to have done so! They're really great at what they do and very fast, too. I was called for an interview and assigned to a position within the same week! It all happened so fast that I could hardly believe that I've gotten a new job... I must confess that at first I was a little skeptical that OfficeTeam would be able to help me find a good job. Luckily, after I've been working with them for a couple of months, I can honestly say that OfficeTeam and Accountempts at Woodland Hills would do anything in their power to get you a good match and put you to work as soon as possible. I can only commend MeMe and Amy for their professionalism and caring responsiveness during the all time that I've been working with them. Thanks OfficeTeam for all your great help and hard work! read more

I was stuck thinking all I'll ever get to do is retail related jobs.. that was until Officeteam called me. At first I doubted they would be able to find some sort of job for me but a few days after that call and a meeting, MeMe delivered on her word and got me a job! She's amazing and knowing someone professional with a positive attitude is looking out for me.. few can match that feeling in this dog eat dog world. I've just been in this job that OfficeTeam found me for for a few weeks and I've grown to like what I'm doing. If you're stuck in a job you don't like, you might find what you're looking for in OfficeTeam. I can't write enough praise but I do want to say Thank You MeMe and OfficeTeam. read more

I was dealing with a recruiter that treated me like a paycheck. I reached out to her (Amy Cliett) for advance and in return I got a demeaning lecture about Karma and my Word for sale. Not only was this disrespectful but unprofessional. At the end of the day, she was only worried about her commission. Never deal with this individual for work or advice! read more

I had a very good experience with Robert Half 12 years ago; they got me placed in quite a few short term assignments that paid commensurate with my professional experience. My recent experience with them was nothing short of horrid. Lots of empty, optimistic assurances to start, then after about a week that generated only 2 or 3 undesirable positions with firms looking to pay what I earned over 25 years ago, almost no communication. But they sure spam you with emails! Always the same one, with the same 4 positions that have been listed for months. Clearly, Robert Half has become a bottom feeders for firms that just want bodies to staff assignments with no benefits or long term potential. Parasites sucking off the gig economy. A complete waste of time and energy. Just pound the pavement and save your self respect. read more

MeMe and Guillermo are a really nice enthusiastic team. They are really passionate about what they do in finding you employment. The office is very professional. The pay comes directly deposited weekly sometimes on Monday when I just submitted my time card online (yep you do it online, no paper stubs) on Friday! Fast! The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because it took 4 months to find my employment. In their defense, they don't want to just stick you with any job position that comes their way. Unlike Express Professionals, they put on a "family cap" and say "look I don't want you to be unhappy here." And they had me think about the position since it was lower pay rate then I wanted. But listen, if you have the experience, then you have the experience to get you that higher rate. I would recommend their team. They're really good at calling you back or emailing back quickly. Nice! read more

I didn't get to work with them very much because I applied, had to go out of town for a week. When I came back, MeMe checked in on me and started the search. A few days later I got a call with a position opening. I've been fortunate enough to get a permanent position with the company but it wouldn't be possible without OfficeTeam's help. I want to highlight their professionalism, friendliness and the fact that I got the positive result I was looking for. They work to get you a job with a sense of urgency and they check in on you because I think they do care that we are doing well. I'm fresh out of college so getting a great job right away is very rare and I've been very fortunate. Though I recommend this to everyone who is just looking for a job. OfficeTeam is worth a try! read more

Definitely an excellent agency. The entire staff at Woodland Hills Branch is always available, attentive, prompt and courteous. Honestly, without OfficeTeam, I would not be working at the place that I am right now which I love! MeMe is the absolute best! She's extremely friendly, professional and a hardworking woman. I feel as if she's become a friend of mine and not just a recruiter who knows where to steer people and where to place them. I appreciate the fact that she listens and tries to understand where you're coming from to make the best decision possible. I've recommended OfficeTeam to anyone and everyone who says they're out of work and are looking. Once again, thanks to MeMe, a good friend of mine is also at a job he loves and through RobertHalf my ex-boyfriend as well also got a job he enjoys. The entire company is amazing and deserves high praise! And definitely MeMe deserves the best for all of her hardwork! read more

I was going through a rough 2 weeks of unemployed after having quit my administrative job due to sexual harassment from my boss. She was very persistent in helping me out, I felt like I had a cheerleader behind me cheering me on that I'd get hired every time I was contacted for a job. I would say that OfficeTeam was my last resort in finding a job because I wasn't assisted very well at the Westwood location, but the employees in Woodland Hills gave me hope. I have recently become unemployed and am not used to not having stable full time employment. After going on countless interviews with no luck I decided to try Office Team and had an interview with Guillermo. I was pleased that he was very personable and a person I could be completely comfortable and honest with. The following week I was contacted by MeMe who had placed me with a temporary assignment to get me started that way I could have at least some income coming in. She was very sweet and I could tell she had my best interest in mind. I appreciated the fact that even though I am searching for full time stable work with a certain pay grade, she still found me something to hold me over even though it didn't match my requirements / desires. I am very grateful for that. I gave 4 stars only because I am anxious/curious to see how things will go once this temporary assignment is over. I hope that this can continue to be a growing relationship between all three of us and that I can count on them to help me find the perfect fit. :) read more

Fantastic Experience! When I have people like Jor'dynn and Melissa on my side, I can't lose!!! I'm working at a great company, wonderful people, short commute...need I say more? PS, I'm NOT young, so they had their work cut out for them, and both women went way beyond my wild expectations!!! Go Office Team or stay home.........just sayin', if you REALLY want to go back to work, use Office Team! If you like your couch, stay away from Office Team because they WILL find you work!!!! Perhaps it was because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do, but I got very little assistance from Office Team in my job search. Everything seemed great when I first joined, and I felt hopeful. I informed them that I was leaving a job, and I wanted to have something lined up as soon as possible. The first red flag was the fact that I had to keep calling and e-mailing THEM, and they didn't seem interested in finding a successful placement for me. I finally got a call about a great opportunity (after about two weeks), and I confirmed all of the details. A few days later, when I showed up at the interview site (which was a half hour drive from my place), the woman in charge had to be the one to tell me that it had been called off! This was news to me, and it was incredibly embarrassing as well as frustrating. STILL, I remained positive and got back in touch with Office Team. About a week later, I got another offer and accepted it. I kept trying to get a confirmation e-mail with the details, but the recruiter seemed to be avoiding me. Turned out that the client had gone with another candidate within those few hours. I decided to try my chances with another temp agency, with which I interviewed earlier today. They ALREADY helped me land an interview, and now I have a job that starts next week. If you do join Office Team, I wish you much better luck. read more

Unfortunetely, this office is very small and there is little work, or they just dont call me back! I have worked and temped with other offices, but this office seems to have favorites with candidates, they say you will call , then you see a posting, and you think " Thanks for calling!" LOL I have a great job through my own hard work, not an agency. I hope if any of the recruiters here ever really need a job, they get better help than they give. read more
