Working with Clint has been so easy, unlike other CPAs we've used. He's very attentive and I can always count on him to respond when I call or email him. Even if he's swamped he'll let me know he's received my request and is working on it. There have been a handful of situations where he wasn't able to help, but he's always got an outside solution to solve whatever type of problem we may have. Brett Sargent is the Sunbelt owner and he and one of his Associates, Myrtel Lapuz, were very involved every step of the way. We applied for an SBA loan so the acquisition was a bit more complicated than a straight cash purchase. Brett and Myrtel were exceptionally professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I must pay a particular compliment to Brett. He is as sharp and knowledgeable as you would hope a business broker would be and, even though the seller was his client, he took a great deal of time with me to guide me through all the challenging steps to successfully secure the loan and purchase the business. If 5 stars is supposed to be the best rating I'd give them 10. I highly recommend them if you're selling a business.
