Because everyone is calling, you're left just calling back - which takes time and can easily run into 50, 60 calls. Also, they don't allow you to order a repeat prescription by phone. So, you've got to go to the surgery, which takes time, wait 48h for the script to be prepared and then go back and collect it, which is just a bit backwards when a call could save a journey and hours of time. I was given this doctor by Uni - I'd advise moving if you have the choice.

The practice is comprised of six doctors two of whom are female. They offer all of the usual services, but also provide a specialist student facilities also. These include: Sexual Health Services Pill checks Smoking Cessation Counselling, mental health and advice services Travel vaccines and advice Immunisations and vaccinations The surgery is not operating at full capacity at present, which is great if you have just started Uni, or have moved to the area for a different reason. New registrations are performed between 11.00am and 3.00pm.
