Pentre Bach Farms is a great Welsh family business, that may rear Organic Aberdeen Angus cattle, which is clearly originally from Scotland, but they do it with a difference. First off, all their cattle are homebred at Pentre Bach Farms and the herd is fed purely on home grown fodder.
Pentre Bach Farms have been doing things in this way for a lvery ong time. Long enough, in fact, to be able to meet the rigorous (and expensive) Soil Association prerequisites, allowing them to be Soil Association registered.
They sell their meat in vacuum packed packages, and sell it wholesale with their own labels, to a variety of independent shops throughout the region. It is a tad pricey, but worth every penny!
