Through all of this, I did not feel that Rich and team fought for my family's best interest. They basically bent over, grabbed their ankles and allowed us to be railroaded into a later closing date. This forced my wife, 3 school-aged kids, and me to have to incur a weeks worth of additional living expenses at a hotel, as well as extended storage fees. I would not recommend Rich or his firm at all. A better use of the fee they charged would have been for me to have just burned the money.

We had to contact the court. The judge called a special hearing and TOLD Tammy she would submit the paperwork and pay the fee by a set date or she would be called back in for another hearing. In the end our bankruptcy was not settled until June 2021. The four years working to repair our credit was wasted. I would not recommend her services for something so important to ones life.
