In the end game it took 2 years to do what other attorneys say should have taken 6-8 months and what I received for a settlement in no way even covered the medical expenses incured, much less the lifetime of pain and suffering. Oh and lets not forget the 33% (30 thousand dollars) of the settlement they take for making a few phone calls and sending a few emails. Do yourself a favor...FIND ANOTHER FIRM. A final note, I live in Albany, NY..they say they have offices in Albany yet I had to do everything thru Jamestown????? Gimme a break.
