Mark and Harry were both great…read more My truck rental experience on moving day in Englewood was great. My reserved truck was parked right out front and waiting for me on arrival. The checkout was pretty fast, and Mark was efficient at showing me the features of the truck, which was in great shape with low miles. The only small hitch was that the fuel guage showed "F", but when I went to fill it up after driving 18 miles total, it took almost 7 gallons to fill up! Mark adjusted, without quibble, my mileage down a few miles to make up for the extra fuel I bought for a short ride. A very good experience start to finish. After miles adjustment, I raised my review from 4* to 5*. It was deserved. Mark Defrees is very professional.
