First, my daughter in law discovered that Penske truck rental is cheaper than U-Haul. Then she reserved a truck online. When we got there, there was a mix up but the Penske handler, James T. Kirk (oh, yeah!) was very nice, polite and helpful. We had a couple of hours waiting and trying to decide how to solve our problem, but in the end, James T. Kirk closed the deal and we cannot thank him and the company enough for their dedicated help for my son's move to Arkansas. If ever I need a truck to rent---PENSKE will be my very FIRST CALL.
