It's not the closest place but I need 2 so I left my hotel and made the long drive, in the rain. When I arrived the gentleman at the counter said " we don't rent ladders". I can't tell you how angry I was but what can I do? Now I'm stuck buying ladders for my project because I don't have time. I'll be abandoning them on Saturday. This was a huge disappointment and there's no way I misunderstood. Sounds to me like a communication issue within United's employees.
