This business was not on Yelp. Visiting here for a week and we were glad to find the grocery store by accident. Good selection of just about everything you'd need for a weeks visit in Radstadt. read more

A typical western style shopping mall. It's very nice, there are a lot of store and food options…read moreunder one roof. It is a bit out of town, but it's so easy to get there by public transportation. It's closed on Sundays, just like most places in Salzburg, so be aware. I bought a beautiful dirndl dress, with blouse and apron at Peek & Cloppenburg there for an amazing deal (around $160 total). Compared to what you pay in downtown Salburg for similar dress it's worth going here just for that. We ate at the Interspar Restaurant, which was not bad - it's almost like a buffet style - you walk around, grab what you like and then head to a cashier to pay for what you pick up. I ordered schnitzel and potatoes with pickles, which was about $11. They also have salad bar, hot meals, soup options etc. They also have a coffee shop next door, which is a complete mess - they are "over the counter" coffee shop, but they take orders in random. There is never a clear line and no one tells you, if they are just waiting for their order to pick up and it seems like everyone just pushes to the front to get in front of you. It also doesn't help, if you don't speak German. The mall gets extremely busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so be prepared for a lot of people everywhere. Seems like the whole city shops here. Good deals, a lot of different and "value" stores to choose from.

There is also another flea market two minutes down the road underneath the Adler. Both markets have a bit of junk to sift through but there are a few jems to be found. Some religious iconography, traditional Austrian clothing/regular clothing. Mid Century (mostly west germ pottery, murano glass spheres, saw one Bitossi), military garb (swords etc), Bohemian crystal, costume jewellery and Austrian wooden crafts etc.. Junk was 2000s trinkets, electronics, records, fishing gear (quite a bit). Overall glad I went but went and found something to take home for cheap so I'm happy.... would I recommend? Well if you're into flea markets and around town, yes. If you're a casual flea then no. Not curated enough for the average punter. Takes about half an hour to get around. It's easy to get to - just take the number 10 or 2 bus, get out at the airport and 5 mins walk along the main road and you're there.
